Captain's Quarters Inn

Parking is safe and breakfast was decent.

We stayed at Captians Quarters in Port Aransas Texas for two days with our dog. Was over priced for What we had to deal with. all Doors and switch plates were very gross and even long brown hair stuck to the door. Sink had no drain plus so don't drop anything or its gone, shower had black mold in grout and molder around the top falling off. Breakfast was said to open by 7 but we had to call and get someone to open after 7. Food was stale and oranges we pretty rotten. It was a Monday and Tuesday during off season and we paid 100 a night and 50 dog fee and we left it cleaner then it was when we got there (had to just to handle being in it). We were very disappointed to say the least. My understanding is a couple owned it before, but now owned by a chain or something and clearly they are cutting a lot of corners and cleaning the top of the list. Will not stay again ever

Staff were courteous and friendly! Manager came and brought us a working TV remote when we asked. Room was clean.

It was a quick stay, all was good.

dryer was out of order, first day there waffle batter very watered down second day was great.

Other than not being able to check in even a minute early, it was a great experience. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The room was also remarkably quiet, as you know hotels can sometimes not be the greatest when it comes to other guests.

I liked the previous owners more, did find big dead water bugs in the room.

I was very disappointed on my room. Cleanness, my trash was never thrown, roaches in the room, when i mention this it was as if they didn't care. I will never stay there again

Everything was Incrediblely Great. From the Kindness and Professional attendance from "Cherry" to the Room itself. Although if I may, after a Long drive from San Antonio I would like to be able to Check In a little sooner to rest awhile before hitting the Beach rather than 4 O'clock. But otherwise, I Loved It. Hope to be attended by "Cherry" next time I go.

Everyone was lovely. The place is old so it shows a little but overall nice. Very convenient.

The property is fine nothing special. Not a lot of dining options close by. More within a short drive.

Breakfast was not very good, waffles only. Fruit was spoiled. No milk for cereal. Coffee was cold. Had to request room cleaning and supplies for restroom. The only positive was the location on the Island was great. Pool had sand in bottom.

Have stayed here many times over the years. Great location and great value for the money.

Staff was extremely helpful. Breakfast was stocked and filling.

Our room was full of roaches at night.

Tv wasn’t working and bathroom was flooding due to small shower curtain. Need refund of money
