Decent good for one night stay.
Pros:

The hotel is in the middle of the clubs and restaurant. Food around the establishment is great, specially the breakfast. Fresh fish market is 11 minutes away which is great!

Cons:

The hotel is not ideal for military service members because a physical address is required, and a PO Box is not accepted. My wife and I often travel here in Japan, and this is the first time we have been asked so many questions about where we live. The public bathhouse is strict about tattoos, so my wife and I were not allowed to use it. The hotel also controls the air-conditioning system centrally. The room was hot, and when we opened the window to get some cool air, the outside noise made it difficult to sleep comfortably. In addition, the room is quite small and may not be suitable for tall people or couples with larger Western body sizes.

We booked a non-smoking room; however, the elevators had a strong smell of cigarette smoke.
