I would stay again because of the price and proximity to where I was visiting.
Pros:

Good variety of food. Coffee was great.

Cons:

There were no knives to cut bagels, sausage, etc. Staff said they were all out. There was a tub of "butter" that everyone used instead of packets of butter.

Great for family.
Pros:

The staff was super. They were so nice to my talkative little boy. The breakfast attendant was delightful and helpful.

Cons:

Its too bad there aren't more restaurants nearby. But, a 20 minute drive took us to the adorable Main Street Ligonier.

Excellent choice for a short or long visit in the beautiful Laurel Highlands.
Pros:

Kudos to the Holiday Inn designers...wall hooks, built in luggage rack for 2 suitcases, long counter in bathroom, beautiful blackout shade.

Cons:

Soap dispenser in shower was empty.
Breakfast attendant seemed to have trouble keeping the breakfast bar stocked.

Could not have asked for a better stay!
Pros:

The staff was so welcoming and friendly! Christine, Deb, Wendy and Tamara were wonderful! The hotel is very clean and comfortable! The breakfasts were delicious! The location is ideal for visiting the Laurel Highlands!

The coffee machine 24 hours a day was great , the jacuzzi was good needs to be a little warmer , the breakfast was great so many options. The beds are so comfortable

Pros and cons
Pros:

On arrival, easy to find and plenty of parking. Quick check in and nice big room. Swimming pool was a bonus as was the jacuzzi. Hotel and all areas clean.
Fitness room was small and no mats so a bit disappointing. Breakfast was a little sparce with nothing vegetarian despite being advertised as such and no hot food. Also, the outside noise was more than expected from the traffic but nothing a decent set of ear plugs wouldn't fix.

Pros:

The room was very clean and comfortable with door to separate sleeping areas. Jacuzzi tub was a great adition to the room. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Morning breakfast was very good with a good selection.

The property was absolutely beautiful inside and out. The staff was very nice.

Cons:

There was confusion about our room getting cleaned during our stay. We requested on two different occasions. One time we were told they didn’t have staff. That was understandable. The second time they said they would do it and then we came back from the day out to it not being touched, we ask about it and they said there was a miscommunication and they thought the room was empty and it wasn’t so they didn’t clean it. So two staff members came and gave us new towels and gave us toilet paper because we had none left in the room and they took the towels and bags of trash we had gathered up for them and sat by our hotel door. The staff members that helped were very nice. I think maybe the facility is possibly understaffed because the staff that was there was happy to help.

Pros:

Breakfast was sufficient. Appreciated the 24 hour coffee in the lobby however, coffee machine in the room would have been preferred. Hotel was quiet. Like that you had a small grab and go spot to pick up snacks or other necessities. Appreciated that the hotel provided forgotten items like toothpaste or toothbrushes.

Cons:

Didn’t care for the decor of taxidermy animals. I felt it was poor taste, and showcases cruelty. Dinning options in the area were very limited. Street was very dark with no guard rails or street lights. I know you have no control over the last two but just a note of the area.
