Clarendon Luxury Apartments

My two daughters & I stayed in this beautiful apartment & property in a lovely neighborhood. Easy walking distance to old town Edinburgh & the castle. Billy was very nice & helpful. We would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful stay at the Clarendon Apartments! The space is lovely and well decorated. Billy was helpful and attentive but respectful of our privacy. The neighborhood is perfect for its proximity to public transportation as well as to walking into Stockbridge for dinner. Would happily rebook when returning to Scotland.

What a lovely lovely flat! And Billy is so friendly and helpful! When I booked this stay I was worried that it would be a bit out of the way from exploring Edinburgh. But I was completely wrong! Everything was within walking distance. We stayed in the Oxford room. The flat was quiet, clean and perfect for us.

It's just important to know that this location is not suitable for anybody with accessibility issues. There are a lot of stairs involved. But if you're comfortable climbing upstairs, I highly recommend. Also, if you're not a fan of regular TV, bring an HDMI cable and hook up your laptop so you can watch your favorite shows. We enjoyed quiet evenings after long, busy days just being able to sit on the couch and watch a show that we enjoyed before going to bed.

The apartment had everything that we needed. Well kept and nicely furnished. Enjoyed our stay.

Upscale property close to the core ... within easy walking distance of all things Edinburgh - eateries and main shopping district along Princes street. Really enjoyed having a spacious apartment with a kitchenette that provided some comforts of home. However would caution that the long flights of stairs are not for the faint of heart, especially if trying to navigate large heavy luggages.

The apartment was spacious, beds comfortable, kichenette had all supplies we needed, views were beautiful. Billy was very good host. We would.staynthere again.

Had a great time in Edinburgh. The accommodation is located is an excellent spot. Billy was very welcoming, will definitely stay here again next time we visit.

We felt very comfortable in the flat. It was furnished well, quiet and well located to walk to many restaurants amd shopping. For three it requires someone on the sofa bed in the common living area.

Oh wow! What a wonderful surprise this place turned out to be! The owner greeted us when we arrived and was so charming and welcoming. The apartment was perfect and offered everything you could ask for during your stay. The views out the windows were amazing, the location was ideal and we loved not being in a noisy hotel. Definitely recommend and would love to stay there again!

Very nice apartment. Good location, walkable to both New Town and Old Town.
Only drawback is no lift or air conditioning.

Excellent apartment in a quiet location. Very cosy and comfortable bed. Billy was amazing. Really on top of communication, which I really appreciated along with the 1pm check-in. Highly recommend.

Billy McLennan is a wonderful host. The building is beautiful, easy to find and the apartment I stayed in was fabulous. Great communication.
The building houses five apartments with Learmonth being at the top. Slight winding steps to reach it but worth it once reached! The apartment was spotless and very comfortable. The master bedroom is large - blackout blinds would have been a bonus but we shouldn’t complain about the sun. The view from the lounge is lovely!

Billy is an excellent host and the property is lovely, in a quiet, walkable part of Edinburgh just a few blocks from major sights. The apartment was a great fit for our family of three. Great shower— which is uncommon for the UK. Be aware that this is a walkup and there are limited options for late-night or laundry in the neighborhood as you are in a residential area. We would stay here again without a second thought.

Room was beautiful. Very comfortable for 3 people. Close to old town, food, and shopping. Great host.

Our apartment was fantastic and Billy went out of his way to make our stay wonderful! The neighborhood is beautiful and quiet and we really enjoyed being close enough to walk to everything we needed. Highly recommended!

This is the second time we have stayed here and can't fault the apartments at all. Location is perfect - nice and quiet but a short walk to the city centre. The apartments have everything you could want and are beautifully decorated. Owners were friendly and helpful.
