フロントの対応が丁寧で、とても良かった。
細かい部分まで、気を配ってくれてる感じもして嬉しかったです。

Cons:

暑がりなので、空調が各部屋で操作出来ないのは、少し不便でした。

睡眠品質非常差
Pros:

員工很好，可以協助處理事情

Cons:

房間的床很不舒服，毫無支撐性。還沒睡就塌下去，是我住過日本連鎖旅館裡面最糟糕的床。
房間的整潔也不夠踏實，不止一個地方找到上一位住客的頭髮。
周圍是池袋較複雜的地區，夜間女生走路要小心一些。

連泊でもタオル等毎回用意されていたのはありがたかった

お風呂の排水が悪く、湯船のお湯を抜いたらトイレまで水びたしになった

Recomendado. Es la tercera vez que me hospedo.
Pros:

Es la tercera vez que me hospedo en el hotel, la verdad que todo muy bien, la cercanía a la estación, mucha conexión con trenes, muchas opciones gastronómicas y de ocio cerca, tanto al este como al oeste de la estación principal y súper tranquilo el barrio aunque tenes muchas opciones 24 horas. Recomendado.

Cons:

Las habitaciones chicas, pero como todo hotel en Japón. Además, antes de reservar ya sabes lo que estás reservando.
