The staff were helpful and kind.
The bed was very uncomfortable. It felt like a rock was under my hips all night. Also I'm a custodian at a college so I notice things that no one else would care about like stains mold cobwebs dust. But nothing major like trash of dirty bedding.

Shower floor was very slippery
The bathtub needs non-slip strips added to its floor. Currently a danger as it is.

There were a pair of panties stuck up inside of our lamp that hung over the settee, no toilet paper in room
The breakfast was very good, varied and tasty. I enjoyed the young man who was bustling aroung the breakfast on the first of my two nights gthere, He greeted everyone, asked about the experience, helped me to find hot water for my oatmeal. Just generally much more attentive than the usual breakfast attendent.
You could add a vegan milk for the coffee and cereal.
We enjoyed everything about our stay. The hotel was very nice, check in went smoothly, showers were hot, room was big and spacious. Pool was nice except for the 3 foot depth. Breakfast was delicious.
Ran out of body soap but that was to be expected. The pool being 3 foot depth. We figured it was made for little kids.
Solid hotel - safe, clean, and convenient. It's an Express location, so not many frills but everything was fine.
