Pros:

Breakfast was good. All of your staff are wonderful. They were all very friendly and kind

Cons:

The area if the hotel looked a little rough but in the inside was very clean and tidy. Very convenient to SUNY Cortland

Overall, good stay. Good breakfast and lounge/lobby area, but room could be better.
Pros:

Location is good, the lobby/sitting area is perfect, comfortable and spacious, best of the area hotels. The breakfast is good. Like the area below the TV to put luggage/bags.

Cons:

The bathroom in the room, why are there no towel hooks anywhere(except one on the back of the door)? Realized last morning of stay that shower curtain smelled bad. There was a dust/web hanging from the ceiling above the bed and some water damage around the tub and small mold spot on the ceiling.

Great hotel and definitely would stay again!
Pros:

Convenient location. Breakfast was very good and very well maintained by the staff.

Cons:

Wish there was an additional shelf under the sink in the bathroom for the hair dryer and more hooks to hang towels after use

Pros:

The staff were helpful and kind.

Cons:

The bed was very uncomfortable. It felt like a rock was under my hips all night. Also I'm a custodian at a college so I notice things that no one else would care about like stains mold cobwebs dust. But nothing major like trash of dirty bedding.
