L'accueil à notre arrivée a été au top car nous avions commis une erreur sur la date de réservation et tout a été réparé avec beaucoup de chaleur et d'humour, merci encore à la jeune femme présente à ce moment là.

J’ai voyagé avec ma sœur. On a réservé une chambre avec 2 lits jumeaux. En plus de la réservation via Booking.com,j’ai eu la confirmation par téléphone. A l’arrivé, on nous a donné une chambre un lit double et un lit enfant 80 cm. J’ai absolument très mal dormi en tant qu’adulte dans ce lit ! Le responsable soit disant changé sans nous avertir!

Hôtel bien situé à une distance confortable a pied de l'hypercentre de Rouen. Petit déjeuner très complet.

Cons:

Personne a l'accueil a partir de 20h, mais on peut accéder à l'intérieur avec un code. Peut être problématique en cas de problème ou arrivée tardive
