Really enjoyable experience for an overnight stop
Pros:

Room was spacious and very clean with a good large double bed and importantly air conditioned which had been left on before we arrived so a cool room awaited us which was appreciated in current heatwave. Only max 10 min walk to old historic part of Rouen which was ideal. Fridge in room was a bonus. Breakfast buffet was good and regularly replenished. Staff lady on arrival was very helpful as was staff member during breakfast. A fantastic overnight stop with parking

Parking was a bit of a squeeze but adequate

Good value central location.
Pros:

It is a great location, near the Cathedraland Saint Maclou quarters which are v charming. It was really clean, fresh and cool. Perfect temperature for hot weather. Staff were very helpful.

Pros:

Très propre personnel accueillant bien situé pour accéder à la partie touristique de la ville

Cons:

Il fallait lire entre les lignes pour comprendre qu'en fait il n'y a pas de parking ou de rares places à réserver en contact direct.
De même petit déjeuner non compris ce n'est jamais clair lorsqu'on est sur Booking.
Par rapport à la chambre trop de lumière pour dormir bien.

Für einen Städtetrip empfehlenswert.
Pros:

Lage, Frühstück war gut, Einrichtung des Zimmers war gut, lediglich die Schiebetür zum Badezimmer ist zu laut gewesen.

Cons:

Parksituation ist schwierig.

Muy buen trato
Pros:

El trato en recepción, nos dio unas buenas explicaciones fue muy amable y agradable. La habitación espaciosa y con buena temperatura gracias al aire acondicionado.

Cons:

Que no hay ascensor, pero fue muy amable y nos subió las maletas.

Pros:

We liked it. We were on the 4th floor no elevator and very hot in the hallway. We really liked our room. It was clean very put together but not cluttered.

Tolles Hotel, tolle Lage, toller Service
Pros:

Wir hatten einen sehr tolles Zimmer, die Lage des Hotels ist wunderbar, alles Sehenswürdigkeiten etc. fußläufig zu erreichen. Frühstück war sehr gut. Das Personal war sehr sehr freundlich und stets zuvorkommend. Also für Rouwn eine absolute Empfehlung.

Pros:

La posizione leggermente defilata dal centro pero' vicina alla cattedrale, esiste problema con il parcheggio perchè vicino alla struttura non c'è. colazione e camere buone. staff molto gentile, ci hanno aiutati con problema sorto con mezzo a noleggio.

Großes Zimmer in zentraler Lage ,extrem hilfsbereites Personal.
