Sehr freundliches Personal, geräumiges und sauberes Zimmer, sehr gute Betten, ruhig in der Nacht, gutes Frühstücksbuffet, sehr zentrale Lage, Parkplätze gegen Entgelt in naheliegenden Parkhaus

Al di sopra delle aspettative!
Pros:

Hotel in posizione centrale comodo al centro storico della città, ma in zona tranquilla senza traffico e rumore esterno( abbiamo dormito con le finestre aperte) Dotato di aria condizionata, camera molto pulita e letto comodo. Personale molto gentile ed accogliente, ci hanno tenuto le valigie dopo il check- out. Bollitore del the in camera, prodotti da bagno forniti. Camera con pavimento senza moquette che per una persona allergica è molto importante.

Cons:

Nulla. Segnalo solo che non è presente l’ascensore, ma eravamo al primo piano per cui portare le valigie non è stato faticoso.

Mooie kamers, goede locatie, parkeren niet definitief.
Pros:

Mooie, ruime kamers aan de rand van het centrum. Kamers zijn netjes en voorzien van alle gemakken.

Cons:

Parkeren, wij hadden twee kamers gereserveerd incl. Parkeren. Bij de receptie wordt er doodleuk gezegd dat de parkeerplaats vol is en dat je maar ergens anders moet parkeren. Wij hadden deze accomodatie juist geselecteerd incl parkeren.
Daardoor hebben wij extra kosten moeten maken. Wanneer dit aan de voorkant wordt verteld en niet wanneer je er staat zouden wij hier meer begrip voor hebben.

Netter, sehr bemühter Empfang an der Rezeption; Zimmer: Sauberkeit u. Größe, Parkplatz vor dem Hotel, Zentrumsnähe

Cons:

Leider kein Aufzug vorhanden, steile Stiege/ beim Frühstück musste man sich sebst die Milch wärmen, die eher knapp bemessen war
