The room was nice and comfortable. The shower was perfect. The breakfast was really good. On the whole, the staff were friendly.

Cons:

If you have a room at the top of the stairs, you'll hear every conversation and noise that's made down around the entrance area and reception. I had to go down there after midnight, on consecutive nights, to ask that less noise me made, as I could hear it all in my room as I tried to sleep. On one of the nights, it was a full conversation between two staff members at 00:30. There was one person at reception - a bald guy - who seemed like he was personally insulted on the two occasions I tried to ask for something, like it was a chore for him to have to interact with a guest. Other than him, everyone else that worked there was a pleasure to interact with.

Lage, kostenlose Parkplätze auf dem Hotelgelände, Außenpool (nicht genutzt)

Cons:

- Zimmersafe kostet 2€ / Tag extra, dazu keine Infos bei Booking.com
- Frühstück ausreichend, aber Geschirr + Besteck muss man sich selbst zusammen suchen
- Saftautomat an beiden Tagen defekt, keine Alternative angeboten
- im Zimmer kaum Beleuchtung + KEINE freie Steckdose
- Bügel im Schrank in ca. 2 m Höhe fest an der Stange verankert. Kleinere Menschen haben keine Möglichkeit, Kleidung aufzuhängen
- Mobiliar + Bad ziemlich verwohnt + renovierungsbedürftig
- für 99€ vollkommen überteuert, zumal auch auf Nachfrage kein Zimmer mit Burgblick zu erhalten war. Sollte nochmal 35€ extra kosten.
