Rats at the pool, pool was not cleaned had scum around the top edge, no TV working and extremely poor internet WiFi. Pool lights didn't work for the first 4 days. Beds uncomfortable, ants everywhere in the villa, rusted dishwasher, and poorly cleaned by the maids. Complained several times but nothing done except the pool lights fixed. Do not stay here!

Great villa.
Pros:

das alles ist einfach dermassen abgeranzt, das man dort keine Ferien machen möchte!!!

This was one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had.

We booked and paid for a room for three guests through Booking.com. We have been traveling as a group of three for years and have never had any issues. We specifically book rooms advertised for three people, with either three beds or two beds plus an extra bed.

When we arrived, the room had only one double bed and no third bed. Assuming it was a mistake, we drove back to reception. The receptionist simply told us that the room was designed for two people and that there was nothing he could do. He showed no concern whatsoever that we had paid for three guests and that all three of us had checked in together. He offered absolutely no solution.

We asked to speak with a supervisor, who was the most arrogant and rude hotel employee I have ever encountered. He refused to help because his shift had ended and told us to contact Booking.com instead. He kept insisting that the room was only for two people but could not explain why the hotel advertises and sells it as suitable for three guests.

Eventually, the receptionist told us to make up the sofa ourselves using the bedding from the wardrobe. The sofa was extremely uncomfortable, and there were only towels provided for two people.

This feels like a deliberate attempt to mislead guests. The complete lack of professionalism, responsibility, and customer service was shocking. I would never stay here again and strongly advise others to avoid this property.
