Pros:

Ubicación, limpieza y desayuno. Fácil acceso. El personal del hotel muy amable y atentos, el personal muy atento al cambio de toallas, limpieza de la habitación, muy conforme!

Cons:

El recepcionista turno noche muy poco amable y mala voluntad al responder, debería ser amable ya que es quien da la bienvenida a los turistas. (Excepto Andrés que tuvo buena predisposición y es el personal de turno madrugada). El gimnasio no tiene ventilación es muy sofocante.

La Piscina es para 5 personas. Muy incómodo el estar de la Piscina. Un desastre la wifi del Tv se cortaba cada 5 minutos. Desayuno muy básico

La habitación que nos tocó en la noche tenía mucho ruido de afuera
(Creo que era el motor del aire acondicionado), más allá de eso la habitación estaba muy buena. Lo que no me gustó es que desapareció la parte de abajo de mi pijama, sinceramente no se que paso, ya que desapareció después del servicio de limpieza

Agradable, solo que la limpieza no es para un hotel de 4 estrellas.
Pros:

Desayuno, sin muchas variedades de proteínas. Ubicación buena. Habitación limpieza pésimo, arena debajo de las camas, no hay limpieza profunda, limpieza de hotel 3 estrellas, es bonito pero sucio.

Cons:

No me gusto la poca limpieza, solo se barre donde se ve, falta una aspiradora.

Actitud muy mala de la persona que nos recibió. Ademas estaban haciendo trabajos en el lobby que no habian sido informados al momento de la reserva

No geral foi satisfatória.
Pros:

O quarto era muito confortável, moderno, ar condicionado excelente, banheiro reformado ótimo, limpo. Chuveiro muito gostoso. Foi feita a limpeza do quarto de um dia para o outro.

Cons:

Area da recepção do hotel está reformando aparentemente, atualmente não condiz com a qualidade dos quartos. Tinha cheiro um pouco desagradável. Café da manhã um pouco caótico e bem básico. Precisava dispor os talheres na área de buffet e não nas mesas, pois assim necessita de uma reposição mais frequente e todas as vezes que eu fui tive que esperar reporem talheres porque o restaurante estava bem cheio. Parece que o espaço não comporta o hotel com uma lotação um pouco maior. Chão do quarto logo que entrei parecia ter um pouco de areia. E mesmo depois da limpeza do dia seguinte ainda tinha um pouco de areia.

Café da manhã foi maravilhoso

Cons:

Deixa a desejar na limpeza. Os lençóis estavam usados, pedi pra trocarem e só mudaram o lado. Achei bem ruim isso.
