amazing location, friendly staff nothing too much trouble, great shower comfy beds and a veryl good breakfast plenty of choice, everything on your doorstep absolutely loved ny stay

swimming was not really swimming pool was a tub of water with about you sunbeds great if your the 1st family there but thats it q draw back for me... werent expecting loads but it was a bit disappointing.... but ya 300m from beach so please don't be put off just an honest personal opinion but had a. amazing stay and would 100% stay again

Pros:

El desayuno era completo aunque el desayunador estaba explotado de gente y son mesas largas así que te toca desayunar con cualquiera al lado.

Cons:

Lo que menos me gustó fue el trato del personal de recepción. Especialmente el recepcionista que estuvo el día 6/5/2026 por la mañana. Le hable dos veces y me contestó de mala manera y con mala cara. Las habitaciones (de "lujo") son básicas, el wifi imposible para ver tv Smart. La parte del sauna, la piscina y el gimnasio es mínima y bastante venida a bajo. La recepción no es como la muestran en las fotos. Fue un desastre y no lo recomiendo PARA NADA.

Fajny hotel na 2/3 noce w centrum Copacabany
Pros:

Lokalizacja, bardzo blisko plazy, sklepow i restauracji

Cons:

Materac w pokoju do spania mial wystające spręzyny i brak uszczelek w oknach (ale chyba standard w rio)

Recepcionistas e alguns funcionários puxam saco de estrangeiros, atendimento menos eficiente para Brasileiros o que eu acho um absurdo isso acontecer no nosso país! Recepcionista simpático com estrangeiros e ácido conosco porque falamos português! Achei um absurdo! Não volto nunca mais para esse hotel!

Boa noite ! A nosa estadia foi perfeita, fizemos uma aventura o meu esposo e eu, nos fomos para o show de shakira com a reserva no domingo dia 03 com o check-in as 15 mas no sabado as 22:30 fomos ao hotel mesmo sabendo que o nosso check-in seria no domingo as 15 horas o recepcionista muito atencioso nos deixou guardar a nossa bagagem com um valor muito justo e com muita segurança nos deixamos, so tenho a elogiar desde do atendimento ao cafe da manha fabuloso, pretendo voltar mais vezes,obrigada a todos .
