Sehr nette Mitarbeiter, tolle Lage. Zimmer halt etwas in die Jahre gekommen aber das Hotel ist nunmal ein historisches Gebäude. Draußen vor dem Fenster am Geländer gibt es Spinnen etc - so ist das halt im ländlichen Bereich. Top Hotel mit Mega Ausblick. Sonntags empfehlenswert, da gibt es in der City eine Markt

Wat teleurstellend maar het was oké!

Het hotel ziet er hel authentiek uit en men kan er heel goed de auto parkeren. De kamer was heel ruim. Alles was heel schoon, keurig!

Cons:

Teleurstellend was dat het restaurant was gesloten, terwijl op de site stond dat het restaurant geopend zou zijn.
De WIFI deed het niet en er was niemand in het hotel aanwezig, het was mogelijk om iemand te bellen, wat ik heb gedaan en deze vrouw was erg aardig en deed haar best, maar kon ons ook niet verder helpen. Ze heeft wel heel vriendelijk voor ons een afhaal pizzeria gevonden. Helaas hadden we met een hond erbij gevraagd om een kamer op de begane grond, maar kregen een kamer op de 2e etage en moesten met trappen naar boven, wat voor onze hond niet erg handig is. Er was geen personeel aanwezig, dus de kamer kon ook niet veranderd worden.

A little disapointed as we were doing this for a treat to a birthday.
Pros:

The emplacement was pleasant and quiet.Breakfast was surprising pleasant.

Cons:

No staff to welcome you in the hotel of the supposed standing. All dealt through a machine under a courtyard.
A terrible staircase inappropriate for older persons as not possible to grab a handrail and very narrow. People should be inform that there is no lift and no one to help with luggage when you have to climb 2 floors.This hotel could be magnificent but badly managed in winter. After a lot of searching in the ground to find someone to say we could not have that room as my husband could not do the staircase , we got given another room in an outside building on ground floor although very big not heated and television not working and flooding shower in bathroom.
A great shame for such a lovely hotel which is probably only good june, july, august and september. Restaurant closed all winter and information wrongly given about it.
Only one lady found to try to help us who was helpful.

L’emplacement

Cons:

Aucun accueil une simple borne pour récupérer les clés et un boîte pour remettre les clés devant la réception. Nous n’avons vu PERSONNE.. Une affiche sur une porte pour les petits déjeuners mais là aussi porte fermée et personne. La chambre « prestige » n’en avait que le nom. Manque flagrant de meubles, poussière, toiles d’araignées, porte endommagée, pas de chauffage à l’arrivée (nous avons allumé les radiateurs nous-mêmes), impossible de télécharger nos mails avec le « wifi » …. Nous ne pouvons pas tout énumérer. Bref choisissez un autre hôtel.

Plongée dans l'histoire... ancienne.
Pros:

Établissement situé en bord de Loire dans un joli bâtiment historique... offrant le charme de l'ancien...
Des chambres vastes et propres avec une bonne literie...mais des équipements anciens et une décoration passablement surannée.
Très calme...mais une insonorisation très légère (les bruits de la chambre mitoyenne laissent l'impression d'y habiter !)
Petit déjeuner correct

Cons:

Absence d'accueil...seule une personne est apparue au moment du départ. Sinon tout le processus d'accès est automatisé depuis la délivrance des clés jusqu'à la réservation d'un éventuel repas du soir...
Le client est bien seul...

Cons:

Problème vu notre âge(80 ans) mais pas handicapés 2 étages sans ascenseur et manque un petit réfrigérateur, car restaurant jour de fermeture .

Charming historical building right on the Liore right on the road into the town.
Pros:

Location and staff were lovely. Very easy to get to. Charming historical building and garden right on the Liore. Brand new spacious bathroom. Room was spacious with 14 foot high ceilings with a peekaboo view of the river and a view of the garden from the bathroom. Restaurant on site was good but short staffed.

Cons:

Accessibility is limited due to no elevator. Bed was a double not a queen even though the room was very spacious so a bit tight for two people. Room was cold. At least extra blankets were provided. Walls were bare (no wall art in the room) so it felt cavernous not cozy.
