Such a shame but I wouldn’t stay again as no organisation, dismissive staff.
Pros:

The location was lovely, very nice breakfast

Cons:

Poor organisation, ran out of food at 6pm on a Saturday night & had to refund customers who had waited for their food. I felt sorry for the girl behind the bar but the other staff were useless.

I stayed in something called a cottage - and it really needs some updating. Rusty shower shelf, underwhelming shelves on wall my sink and sink unit . Floor could do with replacing in Bathroom. Disappointing dinner and breakfast

Tenia buena ubicación y parking

Cons:

La subida a la habitación era como un palomar, peligrosa (escalones empinados y cortos para el pie) la habitación estaba con inclinación (literal) tenían la cama calzada con trozos de madera, el baño y plato de ducha no tragaban casi nada, el desayuno que nos debían dar para llevar pq salíamos a las 6am al aeropuerto, nunca llegamos a verlo (ya lo teníamos hablado previamente que nos daban algun yogurt y fruta).

No te hacen la habitación y el agua que nos dejaron estaban las botellas empezadas de los anteriores.

Las camas FATAL... se clava todooo

Pros:

The location is perfect and loved that it was a 500 year old place. Breakfast and the service was great.

Cons:

The room was a bit noisy but earplugs were provided and was able to sleep. The bed was also too soft but it was ok for me.

Il pavimento irregolare nel senso che non è in piano è a zone, alcune più in basso altre in alto ma essendo una struttura storico fa parte dell esperienza e ci sia abitua

Cons:

Room difficult to access. Paint peeling of window and walls in bedroom, mould on windows in bathroom.
Food smells in bedroom. No excuse that it is an old building, it is not maintained.
Booked for two nights, left after one as standard not acceptable and too expensive.
