This whole place needs updating and things need to be fixed and cleaned properly
Pros:

We liked the comfy bed
Staff went and bought new hair dryer for room

Cons:

Spa and bathroom sink had not been cleaned, shower needs a good cleaning
Only one mug, one pillow on each bed
No hairdryer
Place needs to be cleaned properly, it was dusty, cutlery was lying on dusty shelf
Air con/heater looks dirty and broken

Pros:

The beds were very comfortable.
We lost the door card and out of hours staff were excellent in unlocking door and getting us a new card quickly as we were in the dark.
Easy to book.
Good location.

Cons:

We are both elderly and we were given a room at the top with several sets of stairs. Should have asked on booking, but that was difficult with baggage.
No light in kitchen area which made food preparation difficult. Had to use phone torch.
No tea towels for dishes.
No biscuits for a cuppa on arrival. Never had that before.

A very disappointing stay in a place that is poorly maintained, poorly cleaned and the staff were unhelpful.
Pros:

The only reason we chose this property was that it was the only one with vacancies close to where we wanted to be. The king sized bed was quite comfortable.

Cons:

We didn’t like the many stairs (27) and the slippery tiles (in the rain) to get to our room. We stayed there for 3 nights but the bed was not made nor the bins emptied while we were out. There was no hand towel supplied. There was a lack of maintenance and cleanliness and there was a dreadful smell emanating from the drain holes in the hand basin and the shower.
Poor directions from the staff as to where to find our room.

Perfect for what i needed. If early check ins available and miiday checkout, i will highly reccomend
Pros:

Breakfast wasnt included was it???
It was basic but perfect for what I needed. Checking out at midday was great.
Rooms very spacious, comfortable bed.

Cons:

Woukd have been nice to have better tea,coffee making facilities. With some complimentary biscuits and water in the fridge.
One of the lights didnt work but was not an issue, and thought just let you know.

Wouldn’t stay there again unless renovations are done and somewhere to eat
Pros:

Location to wedding venue and shower was good. Bed was comfortable

Cons:

It needs to be renovated and cleaned up. Reception smells like sewage. The sign out the front states renovated room, obviously it’s only 1 room!

Should be shut down due to OHS and public health concerns
Pros:

Nothing the room was disgusting there was pubic hair all through our bed ,pillows and bathroom we had other family members staying and there bed sheets had blood stains there lots of mould that was weeks old and pubic hair everywhere the cleaners had to come at 8pm and all the bed sheets in three rooms replaced pillows as they had urine stain they even had to flip a mattress due to piss stain there was empty body cream container on bench we have loads of photos and videos .

Needs updating, heating and cleaning.
Pros:

The room was large and was once quite stylish. Location was convenient for what we were doing.

Cons:

The room needs updating and a good clean. The heater turned on and did nothing - we ended up wearing some of our clothes to bed to keep warm! Bed was so hard we both slept poorly and woke with very sore hips. Coffee was pretty much International Roast quality and the lack of spoons meant my husband stirred his with a fork. Wiring to the TV did not look compliant. Furniture is chipped and very dated. Tried to give feedback at least on the heater when we left but there was no one at reception.

The staff person at check-in was pleasant

Cons:

Overrated and very much in need of a renovation overhaul, many pieces of furniture stained and cleaning was questionable! Many items not available in the room booked specifically for self catering or items were missing or not working - No Wifi working despite repeated attempts to have staff sort out... and as it worked in their office, this appeared to be their criteria for whether it worked? ... however it did not work on all 3 devises we had with us for the duration of our stay.

Not bad for a place to spend the night but wasn’t clean
Pros:

Good location, easy to find our room

Cons:

Bathroom obviously hadn’t been cleaned since the last guests, we had clean towels but there were water marks all over the shower and pee spots on the toilet seat that I had to wipe off myself.
Bed was like a plank of wood and flat pillows

Pros:

The location worked well for us, good price.

Cons:

The tv didn't work but the manager replaced it quickly. The grounds were a good size but it needed a fair bit of work to make it more appealing.
