Pros:

Хорошее расположение отеля, до всех достопримечательностей легко дойти пешком. На этом плюсы и заканчиваются!

Cons:

Ужасные однообразные завтраки. Каждый день одно и то же, на третий день уже есть это просто невозможно.
Уборка в номерах это одно название просто, полы моют как попало, как валялись волосы в ванной с первого дня, так и валялись до последнего!

В душевой кабине плесень! Стекло в ней же в разводах, которое тоже не вытиралось ни разу! На полу тоже какие-то разводы.

Постельное белье после замены постоянно влажное, в номере влажно. Просыпаешься утром мокрым! За окном идут строительные работы, слышимость большая. Помимо этого слышимость в номере с коридора еще сильнее, уборщицы в 6.30 утра начинают гонять свои тележки и орать на весь коридор «нихао».

Сначала заселили в номер где не работал кондиционер, с горем пополам добилась замены номера.

Experiencia muy buena
Pros:

El personal sabe hablar inglés y se agradece, además nos ayudaron a gestionar un delivery y un transfer a la estación. El desayuno es continental y muy rico, el último día nos preparaton un breakfast box para llevar y era muy variado

Hotel in ottima posizione, vicino alla metro, a est nanjing road e al bund.
Staff gentile, colazione ricca con dolce (anche la Nutella!) e salato, europea e cinese. Ottima la camera e i servizi

Cons:

Unica pecca, ho chiesto una box per la colazione visto che partivo alle 5 ma non me l'hanno data, forse non ci siamo capiti
