Le premier séjour était pas trop mal. L emplacement est bien. C est assez propre. Le petit déjeuner n est pas extraordinaire mais il est suffisant

Cons:

Mon second séjour était plus cher, sans petit déjeuner et des chambres plus petites. Ma chambre sentait la fumée de cigarette et la Clim a fuit dans l entrée où j ai failli glisser plusieurs fois. Le personnel n était pas très accueillant.

Decent hotel near the Bund.
Pros:

The rooms were surprisingly spacious and there was very hot water! Good general location, near Yu Yuan, although not very close to a subway station.

Cons:

The rooms smelled strongly of cigarette smoke. But we were told they had no other rooms. The bathroom was clean, but the shower was not. The bathroom fan was broken, and the whole hotel was in mild disrepair. Nowhere near the quality or service of other Campanile hotels.

Cons:

Minha experiência neste hotel foi bastante decepcionante. O quarto claramente precisa de uma reforma: a pintura estava desgastada, os móveis apresentavam diversos defeitos e o piso também estava em más condições.

A limpeza deixou muito a desejar. Encontramos cabelos nas toalhas, o que passou uma sensação de falta de higiene logo na chegada.

O chuveiro foi um dos piores que já utilizei. A pressão da água era extremamente baixa, parecia que estávamos embaixo de uma caldeira apenas pingando. Não havia nenhuma forma de aumentar o fluxo, tornando o banho bastante desagradável.

Além disso, o ar-condicionado do quarto não estava funcionando quando chegamos. Foi necessário chamar um técnico, o que levou um tempo e acabou atrasando ainda mais nossa acomodação.

O check-in foi o mais demorado que já tivemos. O processo levou cerca de 30 minutos, muito acima do esperado.

O café da manhã também foi extremamente ruim. Cerca de 15 a 20 minutos antes do horário de encerramento, praticamente não havia mais opções disponíveis. A equipe já estava retirando os alimentos e até descartando os sucos, sem reposição, o que foi bastante frustrante para quem ainda estava dentro do horário do café.

Infelizmente, considerando todos esses problemas, não voltaria a me hospedar neste hotel e não o recomendaria.
