The spiral staircase.
•The front door needed to be SLAMMED to shut & lock.
•no lock on the sliding glass door.
•screen for window off & laying on deck.
•telephone didn’t work.
•neither tv worked.
•table warped & so wobbly we had to jam paper under it.
We were so disappointed with the accommodations & the lack of anyone assisting us to a different room that we left the property to go elsewhere. We will be sure to let everyone know NOT to book The Breakers. We’ve had NUMEROUS stays at Seaside Resort without issue.
The jacuzzi with ocean view was great
Some small cosmetic issues. Front door to building was loud.
THE FRONT DESK STAFF (Yolanda & Begins with a C) added much to the gorgeous surroundings! It was our
25th anniversary and they arranged to have a goodie bag sent to our room; So thoughtful!
Well, due to the weather, we weren’t able to explore as much, but it had nothing to do with the staff.
It’s strictly due to living in New England😆
We stayed at the Breakers South. Our unit had 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms which was very nice and what we wanted. The unit was small with a two person jetted bath tub in the same room as the kitchen table. The building was old and the carpet should probably be replaced. Even though we had access to the amenities at the Sounding I would not say we stayed at a Resord.

Great pool and cute beach. The room inside had plenty of towels and was very clean. Shower needed fixing. Ring that controls the shower was broken. We were on the first floor and had a herd of elephants above us. Heard everything! Squeaky doors everywhere. Our room had a whirlpool tub next to the dining room table.Not sure why.LOL!! Kitchen was spotless and looked new. Beautiful view of the pool and water.
I liked the closeness to the beach, however, the property was run down and had mold in the bathroom.
The rooms and buildings need updating, well worn. The stairwells were totally dark, no lighting. Dangerous for us senior adults
Loved the location. Nice small private ocean front. Close enough to all things Cape Cod! Ferry to Nantucket is not far!
The room's furniture was visably worn and looked dated. I understand being a beach property it gets a lot of use. However, the lamps had rust all over them, paint off the wall in the bathroom, portable a/c unit in the window in the sleeping area was enough to cool just that area. Thankfully that wasn't too warm. The window was unable to be locked and could easily be lifted up from the outside to gain entrance. Due to the location I would give it another chance maybe this room just needs a sprucing up. Hoping the other rooms are better! Staff were responsive when I reached out about the fireplace not working. We were able to finally get it to work. Loved the complimentary laundry facilities and coffee!
Great Location right on the private beach. Great resort facility: several pools, hot tub etc. Very good and friendly service.
Dirty, outside doors not secured. Advertised as no. Smoking but we cld not open our windows without smell of smoking. Hallways very dirty.

Nice place. Heard it was recently bought out by Hilton Grand Vacations. When we got into our room we immediately noticed black mold around the air vent. They clearly shut off the AC when the rooms are not occupied which is an issue hence the mold. Needs to be handled for future guests especially with little ones.

Great location, awesome large beach right there as well as an outdoor pool with plenty of seats looking out at the ocean. Room was spacious, good tv, perfect for our short stay.
Great property and location. Only negative is we had a two floor loft and the second floor did not have an AC unit. Luckily during our stay there were cool nights. Had to sleep with 2 fans
Absolutely beautiful location on a private beach. Walking distance to great restaurants and bars. Lots of things to do in the area.
The property itself wasn’t bad. It was confusing finding where the lobby was. I didn’t like that they didn’t offer room service. I didn’t realize that before booking and when we arrived, the bed was made, but when we pulled the sheet back, the bed was full of sand from whoever was there previously, it just wasn’t clean property and the sheet had a stain on it. The showerhead kept falling the kind of showerhead that they had was odd and it just didn’t stay up so we had to hold it to take a shower. Other than that no other complaints really.
