Staff were wonderful. Great location at Otop.

Cons:

Bathrooms needed a bit of work. Starting to age. Also room location can be quite noisey if you are on lower floors.

Cons:

1 моя комната не соответствовала картинке при бронированию .
2 постоянно забивающийся туалет .
3 не всегда доступная горячая вода в трубах
4 побитая и зацарапанная мебель , заметны следы износа и очень плохой и твердый матрас
5 постоянный шум
6 ужасный телевизор и плохо работающий
7 очень дорогая стирка
8 ужасные завтраки
9 не возможность сделать поздний отъезд

Je tenais à renouveler mes remerciements à toute l’équipe de l’Ashley Hub Hotel. J’avais déjà passé un premier mois chez vous, et j’ai décidé de prolonger mon séjour tant votre établissement est agréable.

Depuis des années que je viens à Phuket, votre hôtel est véritablement devenu une référence pour moi. Le management comme le personnel sont bienveillants, professionnels et adorables.

L’hôtel est d’une propreté irréprochable, que ce soit au niveau des infrastructures, des chambres ou du service de nettoyage : tout est parfaitement entretenu.
L'hôtel à un charme par ordinaire.
Certains ont pu évoquer du bruit, mais il ne faut pas oublier que nous sommes à Patong, le cœur de la fête. Avec une paire de bouchons d’oreilles à 100 bahts (2,80 €), on dort comme un bébé ! Et honnêtement, l’hôtel est déjà très bien isolé.

Merci à toute l’équipe d’avoir contribué à rendre la fin de mon séjour de trois mois absolument merveilleuse. Je vous suis infiniment reconnaissant pour votre accueil et votre gentillesse.

Je reviendrai l’année prochaine avec grand plaisir.

This is truly one of the few hotels I can recommend with complete confidence to anyone who wants a stay without any bad surprises.

I’ve known Phuket for years, and Ashley Hotel remains one of the rare places where I’ve been impressed on every level: the cleanliness of the rooms, the fresh paint, the renovated spaces, and above all, the kindness and professionalism of the staff. They truly listen and make you feel welcome from the moment you arrive.

The hotel’s cleanliness is outstanding — something you don’t often see. Rooms are cleaned every day, sheets changed, everything kept spotless. The staff is simply exceptional, and the hotel itself is beautiful.

For those who mention noise: remember, this is Patong — the city of nightlife. The windows are well insulated, and for those who are more sensitive, simple 35 dB earplugs will make you sleep like a baby.

A special thank you to the hotel management as well. They are attentive, quick to respond to messages and requests, and genuinely care about their guests’ comfort.

I stayed here for one full month, and I fully intend to come back next year.
Bravo to this amazing hotel, and thank you for everything.

قريب من جميع الانشطه بعض الموظفين ودودين وجميل خاصة هناك فتاه محجبة كان تعاملها اكثر من رائع ايضاً موظفو الاستقبال الرجال
