Very old hotel, the room needs some painting so as the floor and the bathroom.
The onsite restaurant is very convenient and the menu tastes great. The hotel staff are friendly. The location is accessible to public transportation and the vicinity has plenty of restaurants and close to the malls.

It is what to be expected for 2 to 3 star hotel.

The hotel is a typical average hotel.it is conveniently located near sm sta. Mesa and puregold.it is minutes away from st luke’s quezon city and robinson’s magnolia.what makes it more home away from home is their staff.they are accomodating and helpful.they refund my one day stay without hassle at all.to the general manager, thank you.kudos to your team!

We're 4 when we checked-in. We're not yet given our keys when we were told by the receptionist: "2 lang pwedeng mag overnight ha." When in fact i booked for 2 rooms w/ diff. names. Also, the water pag naligo ang dulas parang tubig poso.

room was spacious and clean. food taste good.

We booked here for 1 night but left with out staying and no refund as the place is over run with cockroaches. It was dirty and even though we sprayed a whole can of bug spray more and more cockroaches kept appearing.

Bathroom heater doesn't work properly and there was so many cockroaches in the bathroom.

We were exhausted on our roadtrip that we decided to just sleep the night ohn manila. I have book in less than an hour before going to the hotel and have not yet received the booking confirmation i just have the booking id num.. The receptionist that night was superb in assisting us fast check in processing. Comfortable room and good service..My 8 mos baby also has a good sleep. The staff there are friendly and approacable..I'll definitely stay again when we need a night to stay for a little while. Thanks to a peaceful sleep.

Had a mistake on my booking day but asked the hotel to like move it at an earlier date. I was able to amend it with the help of their staff named Amy. Best customer service for me since I called her and she assured me that room has been reserved already under my name. They have a nice hotel room too even though hotel is bit old already from the outside.

I feel at home in this hotel.the counter staff is good,and the price is very affordable.

I really love the bed. Nice food, very warm and accomodating staff.

For the price it was okay, the staff was excellent, plumbing and electrical in room were in need of major repair. Wifi was poor. Food at cafe was mediocre but there are restaurants and mall food-court within 5 - 10 minute walk.. I must restate the staff, from front desk, and cafe, to housekeeping and security were excellent. Oh, Water only provided on day of arrival 2 bottles, must supply your own the rest of the stay.

Stayed the same day that I booked. I stayed in their Standard room.

Overall ok, except for the bathroom!

Loved how the hotels location is right next to an outside food mall, kind of disappointed in cleanliness some bugs and what not that didnt bother me super but overall the staff was awesome! Great service, complementary breakfast and a beautiful designated smoking area

Big room! Worth it!

This is a spacious hotel, Everything is nice except for the very old bathroom filled with underground, tiny ants coming from the tiles. Spacious room, but lacking luggage rack. Breakfast is too little (for example, the Daing na Bangus is even split into 2 instead of one whole fish.

The proximity to the funeral chapel provided us with the necessities needed during the wake. The internet connection was a big help in staying connected with.family and friends.

Stayed in Robbinsdale for 6 nights and 5 days for a training. The hotel room was big enough for me and my roommate, and was cleaned everyday. Towels and bedding were actually changed everyday, which I think was way too much.

They have a cafe that serves good food. It was just a block away from SM Centerpoint. And there were ice cream parlor and coffee shop nearby.

Totally run down hotel. You have cockroaches' running all over the room. Would you stay next to a Funeral parlor and crematorium. Do you all go and see this places before you put them up for customers.
