Wonderful place. Will definitely go back and would recommend to anyone.
Pros:

The staff was just wonderful - friendly, cheerful and helpful. The breakfast was welcome. The pools and hot tub were lovely. The apartments were palatial.

Cons:

There was one man at the front desk who said it was "policy" not to give me a second key when my husband and I wanted to go in two different direction. Given that these are plastic cards, I thought this was silly.

We’ve been driving from Charleston SC to Panama and needed to stay in Costa Rica for 7-10 days. Stayed in Escazu for 6 d
Pros:

The pool was nice and breakfast was good. Staff was nice enough.. very mediocre.

Cons:

The bed was incredibly uncomfortable, we had a one bedroom apartment but the only room we could hang out in was the bedroom because there was a small very uncomfortable loveseat and 2 basic chairs. Not comfortable at all. I lot of unused space. We didn’t love the area either.
