They made an error with our bedding being two single beds , rather than king , they wouldn’t change , ruined our stay

Exceptional customer sercie from reception to housekeeping to door service.
Special mention to Danny, Mao, samad, falcon. Thanks for a great stay.
In terms of the rooms, its very small for the price we paid $350/night.
Also found a small cockroach wh8ch freaked me out. Bed were comfortable with good thick pillows.

Breakfast buffet was different every morning with lots of options. The staff were amazing and the location was right in an area to get around easy eith my MRT, bus or walking. A lot of food options around the hotel as well as easy access late into the evening.

The hotel is very handy to the MRT and a food court. The breakfast is a reasonable price and in a nice setting. The air conditioning settings are a bit hit and miss

Fantastic location in the center of it all just above one of the main MRT stations. Rooms were insulated against outside sounds well and well appointed.
