Ok
Overall had a good stay. The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating the entire time. The room was clean, comfortable, and spacious, and the hotel was in a good location. The AC could have worked better, but the stay was otherwise very good.
Nice Central hotel with a flowering tree out front which was nice. Free reliable WiFi. There's a fridge, decent Aircon. There's a lift and stairs in the hotel. It's fairly quiet. There's a kettle with free coffee. The bed was comfy. The shower was warm rather than hot but did the job. The free breakfast was a real surprise, there was coffee tea water and mango juice. There's toast fried rice noodles and fruit. Good value for money. Pub street was an easy walk
looks like it was moderately good about 20 years ago, not much was done since I believe. In dire need of upgrade on lots of stuff, starting with the front entrance, lobby, elevator, etc.
This hotel is exactly what you pay for. Rooms are quiet small and hotel is a little old but staff members are very lovely and rooms are clean and breakfast is very good.
Nice and comfortable
I stayed here for one night only...I found the staff to be very friendly and the good sized room very clean.
I recommend this hotel and hope to be returning soon
Also the location is very good,a short walk from the main markets.
We had a great great time here! Very clean room and comfortable bed. Breakfast was ok, not many options. The hotel free pick from airport by Tuk Tuk. You walk to town only 15 minute if you take tuk tuk our side only 2$. staff always greeting you by name. Good hotel for my stay.
Very nice location less than 10 minutes walk to Pub Street and old market. The room is big and the bed are comfortable. Free breakfast and WiFi. Price is incredible low at less than $20 a night. Staff are great and always want to help. Nothing to complain.
Will be back for sure.
The hotel location was great as it is just close to restaurant and supermarket, hotel staff is friendly and the service was good. The room was big and clean. Check-in time supposed to be 2 pm, but the hotel allows us to check-in at 8 am after we arrived at the hotel in the morning while I am so tired. It is my first stay in Siem Reap for 3 nights the price is reasonable. I am very happy to choose Parklane hotel. Thank you all the hotel staff again and make me comfortable and feel at home.
The staff were so kind and accommodating to help set up tour, orrange tuk tuk drivers. the room abit noisy in the evening but at night ok. The breakfast was good and the hotel is nearly the town just walk 10 - 15 minute to Pub street. I will stay this hotel again.
Though i gave title like boutique style hotel, but frankly hotel is kind of a mix, not really an authentic cambodian style accomodation nor it exactly is a bourtique accomodation, kind of a hybrid accomodation somewhere. Not too costly, excellent surroundings, nearby to major market area(walking distance infact), perfect if you wish to enjoy night life. Amazing breakfast.. overall more than satisfied!
Great location.
Ben on Reception was enthusiastic & helpful. Rooms are average size though tired with a shower that almost sits on top of the toilet! My early morning call was done by a staff member knocking on my door which was considerate in my opinion. Jomos restaurant is nearby, authentic food & staff amazing. Diamond Nails is across the street & Diamond & her staff do fantastic manicures & pedicures for a few dollars. Walking distance to the night market, river etc.
great place convenient for solo traveller with tuk tuk readily available and they pick me up as advertised for free! and hotel gave me good room and nice bath tub
Good location with nice and friendly staff which able to communicate in English. 5 minutes walk to pub street and 2 minutes walk to lucky mall, which you could find some cheaper daily products such as drinks, snacks and even some local souvenirs at the mall. The hotel surrounded by some local or Khmer food stall which really convenient and a fast food restaurant KFC and Burger King near Asia Market Supermarket, just a few minutes walk to the direction of pub street. I booked the hotel which included breakfast, and it is really tasty and serve in buffet style, such as toast along with strawberry jam and butter, omelette, potato, waffle, fried noodle (MUST TRY) and as usual coffee, tea and orange juice. We stayed for 5 nights which include breakfast with two luxury twin bed just spend me about 90 USD with free airport pickup by tuk tuk. If you wanna book a tuk tuk for a one day tour to visit the temples around Angkor Wat, you can book through the hotel at the reception which only cost 15 USD/tuk tuk for a whole day (price exclude sunrise and sunset) without tour guide or explanation. Our tuk tuk driver name Mr. Mab is a friendly and able to communicate with English which bring us around the Angkor temples. Pls take the tuk tuk driver phone number in case you are lost due to he will drop you at a place and you need to meet him at another place after visit, but he will show you where is the place to meet up, usually with a lot of tour bus parking area which really easy to notice.
I normally don’t expect much from a hotel but this is far “the worst” hotel I’ve ever booked. My friends and I, had a late checked in and to our dismay, our beddings smells awful, like they haven’t been changed so we watched them as they changed the beddings. The bath towels too smells awful even if they changed them to new, seems like they don’t wash them, they just dry them and do have lots of stain on them. The aircondition in our room barely got cold, called maintenance and he just wipe the insides then called the 2nd time, the front desk came and when he can’t fixed it he said he’ll call maintenance but never came. The manangement should also teach their staff proper hygiene as some of them have body odor that will stick in the whole hotel vicinity. Expedia should re-assess this hotel if they should still carry it on their list.
This was an OK hotel for our 4 night stay in Siem Reap: a bit run down but overall acceptable and confortable. The room was clean despite the bathroom had seen better days. Breakfast was decent, with both asian and european choices (although not vary varied). Staff was very friendly and accommodating. We had a big issue with the wifi: the hotel router had been infected with a bitcoin farming trojan; I've tried to explain the hotel staff but I'm not sure they understood the problem.
There are many hotl and restaurants that you can choose from at Taphul Street and I'm glad I chose Parklane hotel.
1. It is within my budget range
2. Locations of high-rated restaurants are within walking distance only! There's a 24 hour Cambodian-Chinese restaurant just beside the hotel. It's quite good.
3. Staffs were very accommodating and respectful. I complained the air-conditioning of my room and the receptionist by that time did not hesitate to change my room. He transferred me to a Family room for the same price.
4. Room has enough toiletries, free water, and tea.
5. Near to almost every establishment. Just in front of the hotel is convenience store and a sleeper bus station which is very convenient if you'll want to go to other city in Cambodia.
6.Free breakfast and it is generous.
If there is one thing that I can comment is maybe my sheets. It has a smell like it did not dried well. Maybe because of the monsoon that time or whatever, it's forgivable for me as long as there's no bed bugs.
I'm happy with the service that I received for USD 15 a night. Value for money! I would definitely recommend this humble hotel.
Hotel staff was nice and friendly. Hotel needs a major upgrade
I stayed for 1 week in the Parklane Hotel. It is clean, elegant, and the staff were superb.
The tuk tuk drivers are the best. Very fair prices and honest.
I was lucky to spend some time with staff and get to know the local food and countryside.
I can not recommend the Parklane Hotel high enough.
