Cons:

I have stayed many times before but this time it’s disappointment .
Floor is as smelling really bad , and in room very minimal Amenities( just 2 water hotels , toilettes were not complete and whatever was available was almost empty and no tissue in room )
It’s 5* hotel please maintain the standards. Or else reduced the amount for room .

Pros:

the weather was cold for the pool. So we did not use any of the three pools. Food was good, bathtub is something that we liked.

Cons:

I did not like the TV, it is a good TV, but hotel installed there their own app, so it was not easy to watch something. Internet speed is low
