Pros:

We stayed in a suite - room was huge but just felt a little tired and the floor including the room did have a slight smell of stale cigarettes.

Friendly breakfast staff, clean rooms, and great attention to detail from the housekeeping team.

Cons:

We had dinner at Grills at Chill’O and ordered the seafood bisque soup, which we found to be quite salty. We shared this feedback with the staff. The first lady who served us was very helpful and kindly informed the kitchen.

However, another staff member (Pilipino lady - we didn't know her name) later approached us and explained that the dish was “French taste” While she also offered to provide an alternative dish, we clarified that we were not requesting a replacement or refund and were simply providing feedback about the saltiness.

I was surprised by this response of French taste. Having travelled widely and experienced many cuisines, including living in Europe, I believe such feedback should be acknowledged as a matter of personal preference rather than attributed to a specific cuisine style. We are familiar with how the dish should typically taste, which is why we shared our feedback. So, we decided to have dinner outside the hotel for the remainder of our stay.

Overall, the staff throughout the property were very helpful and pleasant, but this interaction in the restaurant was somewhat disappointing.

εντυπωσιακο στην οψη το ξενοδοχειο, πολυ προσχαρο και εξυπηρετικο το προσωπικο

Cons:

το δωματιο ηθελε συντηρηση, στη μπανιερα ηταν σπασμενο το πανω πλακακι, ο νυπτηρας ειχε πολλη μαυριλα σε ενα σημειο που μαλλον ελειπε κατι. Το χερουλι της βρυσης ηταν ετοιμοροπο
Το κρεβατι ηταν υπερβολικα μαλακο

Not up to Sofitel standards

The hotel is nowhere near 5-star standard. We planned to celebrate our wedding anniversary (which we mentioned in our request), but our request was ignored. The room was prepared for one person. The reception staff were tired and unfriendly, and didn't even provide basic information about the hotel. Water dripped from the taps, the lampshade was broken, the windows were so dirty that it was impossible to enjoy the view, and the shower head was wrapped in tape... The breakfast was really average. The price did not match the quality of service at all! Absolutely disappointed !
This is not the standard of Sofitel.

Pros:

Unser Zimmer war klasse, im 21. Stock. Schön groß. Explizit möchte ich die Dusche erwähnen, selbst im 21. Stock super Druck, gut zu temperieren. Es stand immer genug Wasser gratis zur Verfügung. Das Frühstück war reich im Angebot und gut im Geschmack. Die Lage war super, nur ans gratis Valetparking muss man sich gewöhnen.
In unserem Falle war auch das Krisenmanagement hervorragend. Im Alarmfall konnten wir uns alle im Ballsaal versammeln, es war Wasser und Ansprechpartner vor Ort, hier zeigt sich, was ein Hotel drauf hat. Und das war sehr sehr gut, wir haben uns immer sicher gefühlt. Absolut Top

Cons:

Eigentlich nix, war alles Tip Top. Wenn etwas zu verbessern wäre, dann würde ich das TV Angebot mit mehr Auswahl für internationale Gäste anmerken.

I'm so lucky I was here when the war started and the planes were grounded. I felt safe and welcome.
Pros:

I stayed during the start of the war in March 2026. The staff were patient and kind and supportive. The hotel had to close the pool area and created an evacuation area. They were helpful with all matters regarding cancelled flights and issues coming from tourists being unable to fly home..

Everything was good.

Overall it was pretty good
Pros:

The location was ideal, the room design was stylish, and the view was truly impressive. The hotel staff was very friendly and welcoming, fulfilling all requests quickly.

Cons:

Considering the price, a proper coffee machine in the room would have been appreciated rather than 3-in-1 coffee. We also noticed that the spa services were not fully operating.
