Nice little hotel!
Pros:

The staff at this hotel are welcoming and professional. I enjoyed my short stay. The room was clean and comfortable, and I felt safe. It’s not too far of a walk from the train station or to the town center.

Cons:

There’s no elevator in the hotel, but I didn’t mind.

Le manque d'amabilité de la jeune femme à l'accueil le matin. J'ai tenté de payer un petit déjeuner à 9h15 et cette dernière m'a répondu " il y a plus que des morceaux de pains"...dit-elle en vulgarisant complètement le sujet. Doit-on répondre ce genre d'élement à 9h15 le matin? Et puis, si à 9h15 , y a plus rien, faut dans ce cas, changer la façon de faire. Le choix du client peut évoluer le lendemain ...

Cons:

Le lit était très petit pour mon conjoint et moi. Donc les nuits ont été courtes.
Et le petit déjeuner le croissant vraiment pas fou et trop peu de variété.

Staff all accoglienza un po' ni... Molto meglio la mattina al check out. Stanza colazione un po' attaccata alla reception.. in generale spazi stretti... Secondo piano senza ascensore. Ma in generale la città di Caen non ci ha fatto una grande impressione

Pros:

Ottima posizione, perfetta per visitare Caen a piedi. Stanza piccola, ma funzionale e con tutto il necessario. Buona colazione con piccola aggiunta economica. Parcheggio di fronte all'hotel, a pagamento, ma solo in alcuni orari.

A good price, great location and very clean rooms.
Pros:

Location is excellent and near the centre of town, with all attractions, bars and restaurants a short walk.

Cons:

The bathroom was very small. when turning round in the shower it was difficult to not bump the mixer tap and change the temprature. i hit it a few times and the water went from lovely and warm to freezing cold.
