Great location within walking distance to all major sites. The cathedral is only five minutes walk away; the old town even closer. Reception staff professional, friendly and always willing to help. Good views from the rooftop bar (though that can get busy!)
Two things…
Our room - a deluxe that we’d paid extra for - was noisy. I think this was due to older or inadequate secondary glazing. The hotel staff were accommodating in moving us to a different room after the first night (where the secondary glazing did work!)
The breakfast was good but the service there not so good. For example, on two separate occasions I had the eggs made to order: these took longer than expected and were undercooked. When I asked for them to be cooked more I was told I’d have to wait until other guests’ orders had been filled!

The location.
The buffer breakfast was good. Eggs were offered to order but we were told they were too busy to warm the raw eggs that were delivered. There were possibly eight people in the restaurant. We gave up
The roof top bar - too small and cramped
The room - not clean, not modern, smelled of cigarette smoke, awful bathroom layout. Old fitments in the bathroom.
The carpets in the hallways and bedrooms disgusting. Smelly, dirty and stained. Awful
Emplacement exceptionnel
tutto molto comodo e pulito. colazione molto buona con vasta scelta di prodotti salati e dolci unitamente ai prodotti tipici del luogo. Purtroppo non ho amato il lavabo nella stanza e il bagno suddiviso in vasca/doccia e water. Scomodo per chi come noi alloggiava in 3 persone. Tutto il resto è stato molto curato, carine anche le caramelle all'ingresso. Personale molto gentile e disponibile.
La nostra camera aveva il lavabo nella stanza. Questo non ci è piaciuto. Il bagno era suddiviso in una zona con la vasca e la doccia ed una zona con il water. Non ho trovato questa soluzione pratica e particolarmente comoda. Il lavabo, per una questione di privacy, secondo me, deve stare all'interno del bagno.

Not enough tea and coffee pods
Great location for parking, sights and restaurants. Staff were very helpful with bookings for restaurants and shows. They organised it for us.
