A lot to improve
Pros:

Great location, 2 minutes walking from the cathedral, 15 from the Albacín neighbourhood and many relevant areas of the city.
Big room and perfectly clean. Cute balconies and view on the Alhambra

Cons:

The bathroom setting in our room was very uncomfortable and almost no space to move due to the way too many doors. The hand shower from the bath was too high and malfunctioning, the raining shower was instead low because of the step the shower was on. All together the bathroom seems not really taken car le of.
The terrace is very small and the rooftop bar was open only from Wednesday to Sunday. Staff polite but not welcoming, very basic service for a 5 stars hotel.
