The location was good. Close to the old town.

Cons:

The property was way over marketed. Carpets were not clean in the corridors, and the staff were lovely but. It enough people on for a 5 Star hotel. They displayed 5 stars on the wall outside and the reception didn’t not have a 5 star foyer. The bar was on the roof and we waited 15 minutes for someone to come so we could order a drink we were told he was in his break. This was during the World Cup and people were watching the game.

The bathroom arrange was very strange. Three doors support f the toilet the shower and r trance inns d out so the bathroom. The hand basin was outside the bathroom in the main room. That’s not how 5 star hotels roll.

La ubicacion es inmejorable. Estas muy cerca de todo y puedes llegar caminando como mucho en 20 minutos.
Estas rodeado de establecimientos y lo tienes todo al alcance muy rapido.

Cons:

Lo malo es aparcar el coche. Tienes que dejarlo en zona azul (a unos 15 minuto caminando) o bien en un parking de pago. El del hotel tiene concierto con uno que son 29€ el dia.
Las instalaciones son muy comodas pero empiezan a estar un poco envejecidas. Creo que le vendria bien una pequeña renovacion.

Mucho ruido por la noche y para mi gusto no es un 5 estrellas es 4 como mucho. Le faltan muchas cosas en cuanto a instalación, detalles y lujo.

Amazing location to visit Granada
Pros:

Our room was on the top floor of the hotel so it was quiet which is great for us. The breakfast was amazing with plenty of choice especially fruit which was fresh. The location is wonderful to explore Granada as it is 5 minutes walk from the centre.

Cons:

We used the spa - we ended up having to complain to reception as there were no staff there, three of the 'rooms' were not working - it needs some work to make this a good addition to the hotel. The staff were wonderful in reception and refunded the cost.
The only thing with the room was that the windows were skylights so there was no view to see.

街の中心にあり　どこへ行くにも便利でした。暑い午後など休憩に戻ることができました。アニメティも充実していて　コーヒー　ミネラルウォーターもありよかったです。

All on our doorstep. Cathedral, Flamenco Show that was superb, scenic train & bus to Alhambra

Perfect location. Excellent service. Fabulous breakfast. Very comfortable and spacious bedroom. Really enjoyed our stay and will visit again in the future.

Cons:

The only fault - I am a light sleeper and there was street noise.
