You can find better places
Pros:

I would not consider this hotel a 4 stars.
1. The terrace is open just from Wednesday to Sunday.
2. In the room 101 you can hear everything, impossible to sleep. Same in some other rooms.
3. We asked for a specific invoice and they sent it wrong.
4. The staff is so slow! Nice but slow.

Prices are high and the service is not as it should be.

Posizione centralissima a un minuto a piedi della cattedrale. Personale gentile e disponibile. Camera spaziosa e pulita.

Cons:

Camera poco luminosa, mancava il set di cortesia e le pantofole che solitamente trovi in un hotel quattro stelle. Colazione monotona e ripetitiva, ma di qualità. Bella terrazza con vista sulla cattedrale ma che andrebbe valorizzata meglio.
Per il prezzo pagato a notte sarebbe necessario qualche accorgimento in più.

Staff ok sometimes great other times ok. Asked for a face cloth and robes every night , that’s four nights - guess what ? NOTHING

Highly recommend this gem of a hotel in old town Seville

Great hotel in an even better location
Pros:

This hotel was perfect - reasonable price, great location, rooms were perfect and staff were very helpful. Don't forget to check out the roof top bar!

First Class Hotel and Location
Pros:

Excellent boutique hotel situated in the Old Town area of Seville 300 metres from the Cathedral

Cons:

The property and staff are excellent but access to the hotel by car is very difficult due to the narrow streets providing access throughout the area.
