Absolutely loved the hotel, the location and the staff, can't wait to be back!
Pros:

This was one of the best and most beautiful hotels we have ever stayed at, the interior is absolutely gorgerous and the room was incredibly comfortable. And the staff are absolutely dears, super kind, helpful and professional. Can't wait to be back!

Pros:

good breakfast, large room, good ambience, helpful staff. one block away from Cathedral.

Cons:

Surprised at noise from adjacent alleyway but tolerable. Swimming pool closed despite hot weather. Found terrace bar on roof only open arund weekend.

Perfectly located to enjoy the city
Pros:

The room for 3 people was spacious and very very comfortable. We were all equally impressed!
Clean and quiet and with enough room for all of our luggage.
Breakfast was great too.

Cons:

Having to request bathrobes and slippers. For the price of the stay, this should be provided by default as it immediately elevates the experience - especially after a long day of travel.

Pros:

- location.
- wooden ceiling above cozy lounge.

Cons:

⛔️Disgusting smell from the drains. Unacceptable for a hotel of this class and price. Outrageous. To stop the smell we had to put paper at the sink holes and a towel on the showers’ drain.
⛔️Sofa bed uncomfortable and positioned directly below the feet of those sleeping in the main bed (can be seen at the hotel photos)
⛔️Online check-out did not work.
⛔️Telecommunication antennas in very close proximity to our window (for those concerned).
⛔️Unfriendly receptionist lady at check-out.
