Great location, great breakfast, some room issues
Pros:

Excellent location. Very good breakfast. Roof terrace and pool looked good but not open due to time of week, year and weather! Room was large and bed very comfortable. Good range of toiletries.

Cons:

We stayed in a suite. The main window was a view to an inner courtyard. The only other window was a bathroom window onto a side road. This made the room very dark. It was very hot in the room and the air con in the hotel was turned off. When we asked at reception we were told to open the bathroom window and leave the door between it and the bedroom open. If you did this you hit light and a considerable amount of noise from the small side street which went on late into the night and early in the morning.

Absolutely wonderful
Pros:

A lovely clean room with excellent facilities. Such a beautiful room. The staff were friendly and attentive. The location couldn't have been better, so close to the Cathedral and yet there wasn't much street noise at night which was excellent.

Cons:

The sound proofing between the rooms was excellent however the door would let in a lot of noise from the corridor if people were out in the shared spaces or there were suitcases being wheeled around.

Grand hotel in a historical area
Pros:

Comfortable room, amazing location in the middle of a historical area. Grand hotel in general. Friendly staff.

Cons:

Just take care that it is not accessible by cars..as it is in a tight place

Perfect for a birthday getaway!
Pros:

Location was perfect for exploring the city. Breakfast was excellent and very varied and could ask for anything else and they would try to accommodate . Room was nice and quite, very spacious and all amenities were available and the bathroom was nice and clean.

Cons:

Tea bags and milk were not what we were used to.
