Hôtel très bien dans un cadre magnifique
Pros:

Le personnel est très sympatique. L'hôtel possède un très grand et magnifique jardin. La propriété très bien aménagée, invite à flâner entre les sculptures contemporaines, la piscine, les zones lounge avec salons extérieurs,... Accès direct à une zone naturelle (étang) avec terrasse bois magnifique. Le déjeuner est proposé en extérieur dans ce cadre exceptionnel. Très belle ambiance également pour le repas du soir, à la lueur des lampions.

Cons:

Nous avions loué deux chambres et l'une d'elle possédait une salle de bain un peu ancienne.

Lo staff estremamente gentile e disponibile
Avevamo deciso di fare un giro in bicicletta, il paesaggio meraviglioso, peccato per il sentiero un po trascurato

Cons:

Assolutamente nulla, forse bisognerebbe rinnovare un po le camere, ma comunque più che dignitose è assolutamente pulite, con spazi più che sufficienti

Il soggiorno è stato complessivamente piacevole, ma purtroppo abbiamo riscontrato un inconveniente legato alla presenza

La posizione vicino all’oasi Lipu, un bellissimo parco privato con piscina e giochi per bambini. Inoltre si è altrettanto vicini per gite a Lucca e Pisa.

Purtroppo si è verificato un episodio spiacevole: abbiamo riscontrato la presenza di cimici dei letti. Ce ne siamo accorti al risveglio, notando alcune macchioline di sangue sul pigiama di nostra figlia. Non avendo alcuna condizione che potesse giustificare delle crosticine, ci siamo preoccupati. Osservando meglio le lenzuola, abbiamo trovato insetti morti, schiacciati dal peso di nostra figlia. Essendo parassiti che si nutrono di sangue umano, quando vengono schiacciati il sangue si sparge sul pigiama e sulle lenzuola. La conferma è arrivata quando, disfacendo il letto, abbiamo individuato altri esemplari ancora vivi.
Alla partenza abbiamo segnalato l’accaduto alla reception, ma la persona presente in quel momento è sembrata non attribuire alcuna importanza alla situazione. Precisiamo che non cercavamo sconti o compensazioni: il nostro unico intento era comunicare una problematica grave affinché venisse risolta per tutelare i futuri ospiti.

Siamo stati in inverno ma il giardino e la piscina hanno fatto venir voglia di tornarci in estate .....

Abbiamo potuto soggiornare con la nostra anata cagnolina e con la nostra bimba piccola, senza nessun genere di restrizione o problematica. Il personale è stato molto attento e disponibile riguardo le nostre necessita!il grande giardino e il laghetto sono veramente dei posti incantevoli. La zona è davvero molto tranquilla e nonostante sia vicina alla strada principale, si è immersi nella natura.torneremo sicuramente a soggiornare qui
