Çalışanlar ilgiliydi kat görevlileri samimi ve yardımsever di. Genel olarak personel iyiydi teşekkür ederim. Konum tam merkezde heryere yakındı. Otelin demirbaş eşyaları biraz eskidi onu da söylemem lazım genel olarak iyiydi fiyat performans oteli.

Sevmedim demeyelim ama genel kullanım eşyaları biraz eskidi patronun dikkatine.

Pros:

Gece girişini yapan resepsiyonist ve odayı gösteren personel çok yardımsever ve güler yüzlüydü , kahvaltı tam bir fiyat performans, oda çok temiz ve düzenliydi.

Vi hade bokat två rum med gemensam badrum men fick vid ankomst två rum långt ifrån varandra. Badrummen var gamla, de behöver renoveras. Dessutom var rummen och basrummen smutsiga.

Parkplatz ist vorhanden,
aber wir hatten einen kostenlosen Platz direkt vor dem Hotel bekommen,
leider waren wir erst spät da,
aber gerne kommen wir wieder,

A monster breathing in the bathroom.
Pros:

Down town close to stores and markets.

Cons:

Shower door hard to close. Too much noise coming from somewhere from within the bathroom. The noise was loud enough to distract you from your sleep. Also, a bulb in the bedroom stopped working.

Weird messages from the hotel trying to get me to fill out forms with my personal information and cards - I didn’t feel

Unsure as I did not stay here because they never responded to messages and Booking.com did not help.

Cons:

I booked this site months in advance, I received a weird message from them asking me to fill out a form because there was an issue processing my stuff - that form asked for my credit card information which I was not comfortable providing to a random form. The payment had already been taken out. I contacted customer support, they told me to ignore the message and that they would get back with me soon. They never got back with me. I reached back out to them just before my stay, nothing. I reached out to the hotel, nothing. Couldn’t get an answer on the phone. I ultimately decided that the whole situation was too sketchy and the actions of booking.com and the hotel were so unprofessional that I cut my losses and chose a different hotel. Paid for the night but did not stay.

Found a parking spot for us just outside the main door.Stayed 1 night.Recommend ir ,absolutely.

Cons:

The location was in a rough neighborhood on a busy street. We received the keys and headed to our room, but half an hour later, the power went out for an hour. It was uncomfortably hot, and despite the reception repeatedly assuring us that the electricity would return in 10 minutes, it did not. Later that night, the power went out again, disrupting our sleep. Overall, we had a very negative experience with the hotel and did not enjoy our stay at all.

Staff was helpful and kind. Location is also not bad.

Cons:

Breakfast has poor options. Rooms are old and not so clean. It is hard to park there, if you are coming with car. Also, the temperature in the entire hotel is extremely hot.
