Very friendly and helpful staff, hotel is in desperate need of upgrading, Nice and clean room. Close to the beach 5min walk and to main bus station.
2 blocks away from tour pick up spot, shopping, restaurants and beach.
Central to beach and sights, very friendly, nice rooftop pool.
Stayed in a one bedroom apartment. Although furniture is dated and basic, everything was clean. Walls were freshly painted and the beds were comfortable. The manager and staff were very pleasant and helpful.
The best thing about the hotel is its position. Finikoudes proenade is 2 minutes walk with a huge selection of restaurants, and the old town and shops are so close.
I would stay here again.
Perfect location
We stayed from 9 to 16 September. Very good location extremely nice and helpful staff specially mrs Alexandra who is capable with a smile to solve any problem she is so kind and helpful. As an apartment hotel it needs kitchen towels and washing liquid. We wouldn’t mind a renovation. Sincerely Jacqueline S.
The stay was good, the receptionist was a bit rude but overall stay was not bad! Building is a bit old.
Nice clean hotel with all you need for a nice stay
Very convenient location with a short walk to beach, transport (including airport bus), the main restaurant spots and shopping.
The bedroom AC is not working and no double bed in the apartment.
The pool was great. The staff was kind. Internet was terrible. Amenities in the room were not even the bare minimum. No instruction regarding how to use the phone, turn on the lights, Breakfast was expensive for the small amount offered. The place is very dated but has potential. Common areas were very dark and drab, the apartment was very drab. My previous hotel experiences have been that there is a notebook of pamphlet of some kind that gives information on amenities and how-to's. I had to make several trips to the desk to figure it out.
amazing place, delicious food, clean and large rooms, close to beach, best service, very nice and smiling people. a big plus is the roftoop swimming pool with sun loungers and umbrellas
We booked this Hotell for our summer vacation, having read the reviews I was preparing for a very basic Hotel that was outdated, and it was, the Hotel is in desperate need of upgrading, this is by far the oldest Hotel I've stayed in, that being said I had a great time anyway, even though the rooms were very basic and worn down, we got some towels with holes in them to add to the experience, don't go here if you love luxury and are used to a certain standar.
The pool is awesome, but there was something weird with the water, my hair is completely ruined, had to cut of 15cm when I got home, and even though I've cut it and used a lot of hair masks it's still bad, so I would definitely recommend a swimming cap if you have long hair.
There was one thing that was a real issue that I don't think people are aware of, the whole city is basically closed until 29th July for some sort of holiday, there were some stores open on the day time but they closed early, so there is not really anything do do on the evenings other than eating, I love to browse in shops when I'm done swimming for the day, so this was a huge disappointment.
We took the buss to Ayia Napa one day to go shopping, and we had to stand all the way home on the bus since it was so crowded, would not recommend doing that, it's a long drive and it didn't feel safe going on the motor way standing on the bus.
But the location of the Hotel is very good, you are just minutes away from one of the best beaches I've been on, it was amazing, and the water was so warm.
For a stay in Larnaca on a budget this is a good choice, just know what you sign up for, it's old and worn down, but the location is good.
Great staff and good pool is the pluss side here, worn down and everything is pay extra is the down side, also the entrance is right out on a busy street, so if you have small children, be careful.
I had a great stay in Larnaca even though there were things that wasn't great, all in all a good Holliday.
Very friendly and helpful staff. Gave us a room 1,5h earlier which was extremely nice of them. Nice and clean room. Close to the beach 5min walk and to main bus station. I'm affraid breakfast could be better as all week we had same food. A bit of variety would be good like pancakes or omlets. Kids struggled to choose something to eat. Overall very positive and happy with the hotel
The property was clean and quiet, our room was spacious and to be truthful the rooms are old dated… the breakfast was basic international but all fresh and well cooked. Overall experience was good… if you have high standards and expectations this hotel isn’t for you. Location wise it’s on a very good spot !!!
One day without water to take shower
Got put here by easyJet when our flight was cancelled. Only stayed because it was late and only for one night. The hotel has clearly not been updated for decades and not cleaned properly between guests. There was dirty tissues and rubbish in the bin and pubes in the bath. Stains on the sofas and bedding. The pool looked clean so we had a dip but the water got in our mouth and tasted disgusting. My swimwear changed colour and sons got a rash under their swim shorts. Balcony was overlooking busy street into hotel rooms across the street. If you’ve ever wondered what it’s like to stay at the hotel from the shining then this is the place for you. Otherwise, steer clear.
You will come across flying cockroaches, dirty bathrooms and no towel in a room. But it’s a great place to visit with your friends, cause when you’re teens you don’t really care about such things. You shouldn’t try breakfast in this hotel, it’s terrible. Only thing you should try and eat are croissants, but you gonna turn fat asap.
Very nice photo
We stayed at the hotel for 4 days, on a bed and breakfast basis. Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday nights. On the nights of Wednesday and Saturday there was a tremendous noise that prevented us from sleeping. On Friday we changed the room, for 15 euros per night, but even there there was a terrible noise that made it impossible to sleep. At the last minute the flight was brought up so that we had to leave the hotel at 6:15 in the morning and because of this we could not eat the breakfast we had paid for with our best money. Our request to be entitled to breakfast was met with a complete refusal. We asked that they at least make each of us a sandwich containing an egg, with yellow cheese and sausage and give us an apple. It was promised that it would, but in the morning it turned out that they had prepared a couscous and an apple for us. What we didn't ask for, food we're allergic to. In short, a big disappointment.
A great place to stay with friendly staff!
