Good hotel

Good for the price but way too loud at night
Pros:

The hotel is nice the service you get upon arrival is good and the rooms are nice and big with comfy beds.
The only two cons I have about this hotel is the housekeeper.. she was honestly the worst I’ve come across doesn’t clean the rooms properly doesn’t change the sheets and leaves the floors dirty and it takes her forever to come and clean your room she’s so slow.
The property is still having work done to it so there’s noise from around 1am-5am and it’s very loud like if you have small children they’d be woken up so on that note I wouldn’t stay here again.

Fin hotel til prisen, mek medarbejderne kan slet ikke engelsk, og hvergang man spørger om noget, så hedder det moment, men ingen kommer og hjælper,

Og mega meget larm fra værelserne og gangen når det er midnat, alt for mange indisk turister som ikke respektere andre gæster,

Og kun 5 solsenge på poolen, det er alt for lidt,

The overall stay was very good, staff was very nice and happy to accommodate for us. However pool side bar was not open at all, which was a little disappointing as it was advertised when we booked. Also the water temperature for the shower was not the best, had to have quick showers. Overall stay would be 3.6/5!

Nice place in quiet location - currently some works ongoing
Pros:

I stayed there for a week end January/beginning of February 2023. The place itself is very beautiful and it's taken nicely care of the property. Room are spacious and clean as well. Location itself is a bit remote and quiet. Only noise is once in a while from the hallway.

Facilities are also nice with a small pool and a small but functional gym.

Currently there is a renovation ongoing in the place. There was a lot of material etc. around but no noise pollution.

If I happen to stay in the same area again I would definitely book this place again...

Need improve for the hotel
Pros:

The hotel is still under renovation. Below is few comment.

1) Worst is shower no hot water. Found water leaking to the electric water heater and the electrical cable at the facility room. Not sure this water leaking will cause electric shock problems to our guests.

2) No spa and no massage service in the hotel.

3) Advertise photo hotel is different from the actual hotel.

Please don't advertise the hotel if the hotel is not ready condition.

Pros:

The pictures are fake! Stay away from this place. No spa, no restaurant, no lobby, no reception, no pool. Only kids pools are available. Nobody speaks English.
They have a bar with a very loud music opening late night and till morning. It's not possible to sleep till 4am even in the 2nd building which is pretty far from this bar.

The room was nice and cosy with a nice view on the swimming pool. We didn't that we haven't been informed in advance that spa is under construction and is currently not working. Apart from that the rest was good.

Brilliant staff.
Pros:

The most friendly and accommodating staff I’ve encountered. Nothing was too much trouble. I had a desk, office chair and router installed in my room. Plus I got a bigger TV! Highly recommended.

excellent stay - a place to return !
Pros:

Excellent reception from the staf, impecable uniforms, amazing hotel instalations, beautifull swimming pools, wonderfull SPA and a very asian breakfast stile. Since I am not asian, they had the sensibility to offer me an american stile breakfast. It was more then I could ever expect from them !
Clean rooms and very confortable and calm place.
It is defenitly a place to stay !
