Pros:

The location was amazing
The staff was excellent and accommodating
Rooms were a good size

Cons:

The pillows could have used updating.
The bathroom took up half the room.

Nice but losing standing as experienced previously
Pros:

The garden even it was a customer effort to get the table cleaned out of pollens and timely attended

Cons:

The room furniture was old and lacking maintenance. Details on the design quality was fully missed like a low cost fancy aging design

staff was exceptional. our room was dated. no netflix etc and power situation next to bed, poor.

Great Visit
Pros:

We had a great stay, the stuff are pleasant and professional. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The hotel and the room design are beautiful. Last the location is perfect.

Overpriced and not very accommodating
Pros:

Overpriced and not very accommodating. The pool and 'spa' is not like the pictures. The pool is indoors and like swimming in a parking garage. You have to call to use the gym, which consists of 1 bike, 1 treadmill and a few weights. We were told 3 hour wait for pool and 2 hour wait to use the gym. No balconies and you cannot sit in courtyard unless you purchase an expensive cocktail from hotel bar. Breakfast is not included and 50 euro for some fruit and pastries. I am so sorry we booked this for 4 nights. I expected much better.

Hidden gem in the heart of Barcelona
Pros:

Staff was very courteous and attentive to our every need and helped with recommendations, things we have forgotten and so much more! Great location and walking distance from shopping, the old downtown quarter, and sagrada Familia.
Extremely nice accommodations as well!

Great location, failing in small (but important) details
Pros:

Charming hotel, well located. Two things I don’t recommend is the room service (very expensive for what they give you, I think paid more than €60 for what you see in the photo which is pumpkin soup and a chicken filet) and the pillows. One very thick and the other one very slim. Could not find the right one for a good rest.
