It’s was okay
Pros:

Clean and comfortable. Staff was great

Cons:

We had no heat at first only freezing cold air was coming out of the heater. Someone came a replaced the unit and the other one was broken as well sounded like a bomb was going to explode. No heat in the bathroom. And the remote to the TV didn’t work. Had to call the front desk several time to get things done. Super inconvenient.

We will Definitaly be back!
Pros:

The overall experience was much better than I anticipated. I was just looking for a place to crash with the family before going to the Aquarium and Outlets the next day. The staff with very inviting and informative. They let me know about the indoor pool (which my daughters LOVED) they also told us they had Game Night going on in the Lobby.
The Pool area was so clean the water didn't smell or taste like chemicals. The free towel bin was convenient.
The Room was spotless the pullout sofa bed was soft Not broken. The linens were clean.

Great Hotel
Pros:

Riverhead. Other than the parking was across the street (it was the coldest day of the year) it was a great hotel. The bed was VERY comfortable. The layout of the room was very nice too. We definitely would go back.

We enjoyed our stay but had very noisy neighbors in the room next door to us, made worse by the fact they were adjoining rooms and the noise was coming in through the doors.

Enjoyable Stay with Varied Breakfast and Helpful Staff
Pros:

The room and all the common areas inside the hotel were very clean. I really enjoyed the variety offered at breakfast, which had plenty of good options. Customer service was also excellent and my questions were answered quickly and professionally. Overall, it was a pleasant and comfortable stay

Pros:

Every staff member was enthusiastic and professional. Everything was clean. The hotel was quiet and calm.

Cons:

On the website it advertised having food available at the hotel, so we had planned for that. We were disappointed that when we went to order, there were no food options available, but there was a place across the street we could use instead. Perhaps the food options are only seasonal? I'm not sure.

Amazing Staycation!
Pros:

From the moment we checked in to the moment we checked out, it was smooth sailing. The gentleman in the front was very kind & warm. When we got to our room, it was bigger than expected with a view of the water! Bathroom was very clean, & so was the rest of the room. So many restaurants near by, a book store & the aquarium!! Checkout was a breeze! Loved everything about our stay & plan on making this a monthly little break for us. 10/10 would recommend to everyone! Thank you so, so much for a wonderful experience!

Great getaway!!
Pros:

Perfect stay, friendly and accommodating staff .Good room choices, def worth paying a little extra for an upgraded view room. Super clean.Walk to dinner options.
