Clean modern facility with kind staff. But a pricey for the lack of amenities.
Pros:

The breakfast was delicious and room was clean and modern. I felt that the cost of the room did not quite match the facilities though. The location was a bit loud and we struggled to find a restaurant nearby at night. However, if you were looking for a nightclub stay this would've been a great location.

Cons:

I felt that the price was way too high given the amenities offered. There was no shampoo or conditioner for the shower. The mini bar was minimally stocked and when I requested additional bottles of water I was charged for those bottles. The breakfast was tasty but also pricey. And most hotels that I pay this rate at offer at least water, coffee, tea, etc. in the lobby at all times and this was only offered for those who paid for breakfast.

Pros:

Posizione ottima, vicinissima al centro storico di Monaco, raggiungibile a piedi con una piacevole passeggiata, camera ampia e con cucinino molto comodo, colazione buona.

Cons:

L'unica pecca è stata la pulizia della stanza...in particolare il bagno.
Diciamo che lascia molto a desiderare!

Great location easily accessible from Munich hauptbahnhof station. Quiet rooms that had facilities perfect for our needs, microwave, kettle and a small hob.
