Room was worn and dated. Don’t recommend.
Pros:

It was close to the train station.

Cons:

The front desk staff was not friendly and were very rude when we checked in. I had tried to add a person to the reservation and they said they were too busy to check booking.com in the dates before we arrived. Tried to charge us an exorbitant amount extra (breakfast was not included). The room was not as presented in the photos. Much more dated and worn. I read reviews carefully so am not sure what people were experiencing as they seemed good but I would not recommend this hotel. Although not far from old town, the area of town is very seedy.

Das netteste Personal ever.
Pros:

Sehr freundliches Personal, von der Rezeption über den Zimmerservice bis zum Frühstück, exzellent. Leckeres, frisch zubereitetes Frühstück. Jederzeit gerne wieder.

Cons:

Die Lüftungsanlagen zum Innenhof hin sind leider recht laut, vor allem nachts störend. Bei geschlossenem Fenster kein Problem.

Bra centralt hotell där främst frukosten överträffade mina förväntningar
Pros:

Bra läge nära Hauptbahnhof, tunnelbana och gamla stan. Fräscht. Bra safe, bra vattenkokare och bra kyl på rummet. Innehållet i kylen ingick i priset (en öl, en juice, en energidryck, en cola och två vatten). Bra liten arbetsplats att jobba vid. Skön, bred säng lite åt det hårda hållet, mycket bra. En stor och en liten kudde. Riktigt bra frukost, kändes komplett. Bad om sen utcheckning och receptionen löste mitt önskade 12:30 :-)

Cons:

Kastades ibland ut ur Wi-Fi, kändes inte så stabilt, dålig kapacitet, nätet kanske inte alltid nådde mitt rum? Mycket litet badrum, precis OK.

Hotelli oli siisti ja henkilökunta ystävällistä. Hotellin sijainti on hyvä ajatellen julkistaliikennettä. Huoneeseen ei kuulunut ylimääräistä meteliä.

Cons:

Huoneessa oli televisio, mutta emme saaneet siihen yhdistetty puhelinta esim. Netflixin kattomista varten. Eli toimi vain perus tv kanavat. Voi olla että oli myös allekirjoittaneen ymmärtämättömyyttä.
