The credit card used at time of booking must be valid for the entire stay. Please present the credit card used to make your reservation upon check-in at the hotel. Please note that in the event that you cannot produce the same credit card, the hotel reserves the right to ask for an alternative method of payment.
Credit/Debit Card Policy:
Debit and Credit cards will be authorized at check-in for the amount of your stay, plus an amount to cover incidentals. The authorization will hold the funds until check out, at which time the amount actually incurred during the stay will be charged. Authorized amounts may take up to 30 days after departure to be released by your bank or financial institution and the hotel will not be responsible for any resulting fees or charges.

Third Party Credit Card: Third party credit card forms are not accepted. Bank transfers and CHAPS payments are accepted. Please note that the hotel does not accept third party bookings paid by credit card: contact the hotel directly for information regarding bank transfers.
Check: Banker checks are not accepted. Traveler’s checks are not accepted for payment or exchange. Guest must show valid passport for the transaction.
Direct Bill: Direct billing is only available after approval of the credit manager. The company to be invoiced must fax an invoice request to the hotel and include the specific charges to be invoiced.
Dogs weighing less than 40 pounds (18.14 kilograms) are allowed in guest rooms at no extra charge. Guide dogs are not subject to weight limits. A pet liability waiver must be signed upon arrival. A “pet in room” sign must be displayed on a guest room’s door. Dogs cannot be left alone in a guest room, must be leashed or muzzled in public areas, and are not allowed in food and drink venues. From our 1st interaction with the staff I know this hotel was going to be good. Aloft is located with very easy access to various parts of London. We were apprehensive at first for booking as we didn’t know if it would be close enough. For us not a big thing anymore. They made us feel welcomed and relaxed. We had various options available for our stay, so we tried a few.
The spa area and gym were exceptional in relation to what a standard hotel will offer. We definitely liked it. It was small but felt personal. It had very relaxed vibe throughout the hotel. The bar was nice and well designed. The 24hr snack area which is well associated with Aloft Hotels was decent and had a ok selection of food and drinks.
The rooms were clean, spacious and quirky enough to feel comfortable. The blackout blinds were exceptional and made a huge difference to a good night’s sleep.
Overall a superb experience and we want to thank the staff and Anashuka for their service. I completely forgot that as a member we had the option to check out a little later which on this occasion was definitely needed. Anashuka to the rescue. 🙏🏾
We will be back as we think we have found our new favourite hotel to chill in the London area.
The only thing we could say was a little annoying was the price of the snacks. I spent £10 on just water as the can in the room wasn’t enough. Apart from that no complaints from me.

It has car parking and is close to the DLR. Ideal for our stay as we had an event in London and then were driving further south so needed parking.

wider menu choices
Nice looking, clean comfortable hotel. Great location when the excel is open, but takes a while to walk around the excel from station.
Breakfast was good variety and staff are keen to clear your plates away.
Great to have a pool but it was very small and we had it to ourselves to swim, wouldn't be as nice with kids playing in.
Lack of information. We were given the wrong breakfast time when checking in, so we had to change are plans for the day to fit a parkrun in. The swimming pool signs are tiny little writing telling you how to get into the pool via the gym.
The shower floods the whole bathroom area
But all in all not worth the moan.
Everything was great clean etc , but a little more complimentary teas etc would be great.
E.g. more than 2 tbags and a little biscuit .
The girl in the restaurant samina was exceptional and made everything go well in the restaurant , she is an asset to your hotel very polite and cant do enough to help. Very good at her job and so friendly , a little ray of sunshine in the morning , made myself and my wife feel good.
My wife found the bathroom doors were a bit of a challenge heavy door. Also the bath mat didnt realy do much as the door to the shower opened out and pushed it aside , but this did not spoil our trip.
Very welcoming staff ,lovely spacious room very clean . The beds were comfortable and the blackout blinds were great.
Not much in our hospitality tray and could have done with some more pillows
