The credit card used at time of booking must be valid for the entire stay. Please present the credit card used to make your reservation upon check-in at the hotel. Please note that in the event that you cannot produce the same credit card, the hotel reserves the right to ask for an alternative method of payment.
Credit/Debit Card Policy:
Debit and Credit cards will be authorized at check-in for the amount of your stay, plus an amount to cover incidentals. The authorization will hold the funds until check out, at which time the amount actually incurred during the stay will be charged. Authorized amounts may take up to 30 days after departure to be released by your bank or financial institution and the hotel will not be responsible for any resulting fees or charges.
Payment Policy:
Third Party Credit Card: Third party credit card forms are not accepted. Bank transfers and CHAPS payments are accepted. Please note that the hotel does not accept third party bookings paid by credit card: contact the hotel directly for information regarding bank transfers.
Check: Banker checks are not accepted. Traveler’s checks are not accepted for payment or exchange. Guest must show valid passport for the transaction.
Direct Bill: Direct billing is only available after approval of the credit manager. The company to be invoiced must fax an invoice request to the hotel and include the specific charges to be invoiced.
Dogs weighing less than 40 pounds (18.14 kilograms) are allowed in guest rooms at no extra charge. Guide dogs are not subject to weight limits. A pet liability waiver must be signed upon arrival. A “pet in room” sign must be displayed on a guest room’s door. Dogs cannot be left alone in a guest room, must be leashed or muzzled in public areas, and are not allowed in food and drink venues. The hotel reserves the right to charge a guest’s credit card for additional cleaning and excessive damage caused by a dog.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Неплохие завтраки и расположение рядом с Excel.
Уборка плохая, в последние дни чай и молоко вообще не ложили. Жили в семейном номере на 4х, дают всего одну баночку воды. В номерах воняет, окна не открываются. Есть бассейн, нет халатов. Отель далеко от центра. На ресепшн не хотели давать счет, хотя Booking писал, что счет должен выдавать отель. Сняли за завтрак за 10 дней, хотя в реальности мы завтракали 9 дней. На ресепшн обещали исправить, но по приезду домой, банковская выписка подтверждает, что сумму сняли за 10 дней. Не рекоммендую этот отель.

Clean, really nice facilities and the bed was SO comfy!
Struttura moderna e molto curata. Ho apprezzato particolarmente il comfort dei materassi, davvero eccellenti, e la praticità di avere in camera sia il bollitore (per tè e tisane) che il frigorifero.
Nonostante la prenotazione fosse per 4 persone, al nostro arrivo il set di asciugamani era solo per 3. Inoltre, il phon in camera inizialmente non funzionava. Devo però sottolineare che il personale è stato molto efficiente e ha provveduto immediatamente alla sostituzione e a fornirci la biancheria mancante.
