Important information:

The credit card used at time of booking must be valid for the entire stay. Please present the credit card used to make your reservation upon check-in at the hotel. Please note that in the event that you cannot produce the same credit card, the hotel reserves the right to ask for an alternative method of payment.

Credit/Debit Card Policy:

Debit and Credit cards will be authorized at check-in for the amount of your stay, plus an amount to cover incidentals. The authorization will hold the funds until check out, at which time the amount actually incurred during the stay will be charged. Authorized amounts may take up to 30 days after departure to be released by your bank or financial institution and the hotel will not be responsible for any resulting fees or charges.

Payment Policy:

Third Party Credit Card: Third party credit card forms are not accepted. Bank transfers and CHAPS payments are accepted. Please note that the hotel does not accept third party bookings paid by credit card: contact the hotel directly for information regarding bank transfers.

Check: Banker checks are not accepted. Traveler’s checks are not accepted for payment or exchange. Guest must show valid passport for the transaction.

Direct Bill: Direct billing is only available after approval of the credit manager. The company to be invoiced must fax an invoice request to the hotel and include the specific charges to be invoiced.

Dogs weighing less than 40 pounds (18.14 kilograms) are allowed in guest rooms at no extra charge. Guide dogs are not subject to weight limits. A pet liability waiver must be signed upon arrival. A “pet in room” sign must be displayed on a guest room’s door. Dogs cannot be left alone in a guest room, must be leashed or muzzled in public areas, and are not allowed in food and drink venues. Pros:

Der Kaffee könnte besser sein, z.B. frisch gemahlen bei dem Preis. 3 Käsesorten und 2 Wurstsorten ist für England gut. Seh nettes Personal.

Cons:

Es gibt auf dem Zimmer für die Körperpflege nur Wasser, Seife bzw. Shampoo. Leider gibt es keine Körperlotion, Nagelfeile etc.. Sicher hätte ich nachfragen können.

Did not sleep well, but the staff were very friendly.
Pros:

Breakfast is great, staff is great, room is good size and nice layout. Turn over is very good.

Cons:

The lighting in the rooms is horrible and confusing to control, it is either far too bright or far too dark with no inbetween. The TV didn't work properly and is without a concise guide, it couldn't display what shows were actually on per channel. The bed was very hard and flat and not a comfortable sleep overall despite being large. I found the quilt quite cumbersome to cover myself and not comfortable either.

I didn't like that the bins in the room are not bagged for hygiene and I found the 'cooler' useless as it is barely cold. I also thought that the complimentary water in a can was quite a small portion and the milk rations needed use of all 3 provided to make one beverage. In London area I did not want to use the water from the sink to boil the kettle for a tea, so using the can of water was not enough post boil to make a cup of tea and enjoy a glass of water. I also didn't feel great about placing wet tea or coffee bags into the non lined bins.

I think the restaurant in the hotel is over priced as the steak was not good quality meat and over cooked.

I also find it offensive that the bible is placed in the room whether requested or not?

Great location for the excel, staff friendly and rooms clean. Breakfast was lovely and restaurant for food in the evening great…can recommend the cottage pie.

Was not a fan of of the shower heads in my particular room 634
Their was alot of water pressure.
Was not a fan of the casting to tv
I was told only laptops could connect to tv
So people without laptops dont have a choice to watch what they like
Id prefer to feel like home when i stay somewhere sich as watching what i would like on apps on my phone but casted to the tv

Was not a fan of the activities in the bar
Such as the darts board was abit over priced
Doesnt go well with the price of what you pay for staying in the hotel

2 people might want to play darts
Just a couple of games and they have to pay 20 pound for a couple

Fabulous! The staff alone make it a 5 star experience.
Pros:

Quiet , clean and great facilities, such as access to the excel, the restaurant and gym/fitness. The staff are exceptional and acknowledge you as soon as they see you. Great service. Kudos to the restaurant staff for being so warm and welcoming

Cons:

Nothing really , apart from my room being slightly cold even when I put the heating on full (714) , however it didn’t affect my stay. I arrived with a foot injury so once I was settled, I didn’t want to move rooms.

Excellent service and very friendly staff, very welcoming.
Pros:

The Staff were really friendly and welcoming and I'd made a special request regarding a room on a low floor and the lady I spoke to over the phone made sure that happened and I actually met her on check-in, so I was able to thank her in person, which was really nice.

Cons:

N/A it had everything we needed for our stay.

My card was charged for room service without my consent and then my card was charged two days after my stay. Resulting in me paying twice for my room. I Then had to seek a refund for the extra charge
