Peaceful Quiet Relatively clean Air conditioned Great buffet breakfast with so many options Excellent and professional staff ( although there was one lady that was not too friendly - may be was having a bad day) Secure - and they always let you know when you have a guest and even bring them up to your room Soap / toilet rolls provided Bottle of water in your room everyday Free WiFi - although can be temperamental at times and you have to keep logging in Comfortable bed Towels provided Lifts available I saw a sign for a gym although I didn’t use it - if there’s one - then great Cleanish bathroom and shower has enough pressure Tea / milk/ sugar provided -and kettle
Prompt response to requests by the Reception staff

My gripes - restaurant food is a bit pricey so we ate out most of the time
Occasional loss of power but it’s quickly restored
It appears there were some leaks in the roof or something as could see water puddles / also a small wet spot on the floor in my room - Ibis - please investigate and correct this urgently

Generally, the rooms require refurbishment. The shower rail in my room is broken, their windows are patched and dirty, and there were mosquitoes in my room. One of the staff members, Esther, is outstanding; very polite and professional. The front-line staff were generally polite and professional, but their managers or team leaders struggled to greet customers with a smile or show any warmth. They often appeared sad and were overly bossy with their approach to their junior staff. On several occasions, I was provided with stained towels and bedsheets.

Advertised shuttle could be clarified so customers would not have to expect possibility of being picked up at the international airport upon arrival.

The smell of the bathroom, the room and the corridor are real bad. Room is not well maintained, clooged shower drain. Needs a lot of improvement in cleanliness.
