Disapointing, loud, uncomfortable and incredibly small.
Pros:

The location was good. Next door to a subway station. Lots of convenience stores nearby.

Cons:

The rooms are deceptively small. There wasn’t even room for us to open our suitcases. There is not hanging space for clothes, there is also no room to store folded clothes (shelves drawers etc) - so we had to live out of our suitcase (which was made a lot harder due to us being unable to open our cases unless they were on the bed due to lack of floor space). The bathroom is incredibly small (my knees touched the door when on the toilet and I’m only 5,3”).
The windows let in a draft, we had to put a spare pillow on the windowsill to stop the cold draft coming through.
The pillows were possibly the most uncomfortable pillows I have ever laid on. They were rock solid and felt like they had the same filling as beanbags but really hard - very difficult to get to sleep on.
The worst part was the noise levels. The windows are so thin, I actually thought I had the window open on the first night so checked to see if it was closed. The noise from outside is ridiculous. The sirens from ambulances etc woke myself and my partner up multiple times every night. It really is very loud. You can hear all general traffic constantly - we were on the 5th floor.
I found the receptionists to be quite rude and abrupt when we asked for an extra pillow and if we could store our luggage for a few hours before our flight.
Very unenjoyable experience overall.

la habitacion estaba bien, el tamaño esperado y cómoda, a excepción de la almohada, pero eso es por un gusto propio para las almohadas. Los empleados y el servicio de limpieza fue fenomenal.

Pros:

Excellent rapport qualité prix. L’arrêt du bus 86 s’arrête à 50m et dessert la station de shinjuku en moins de 10mn et va jusqu’à Shibuya. Chambre plutôt spacieuse par rapport aux tailles habituelles au Japon. Lit confortable

Cons:

Un peu bruyant la nuit, notre chambre donnait sur le carrefour et il y a du trafic 24/24 et régulièrement les
Sirènes des ambulances et pompiers.
Impossibilité de faire le Check in avant 3pm. Ce qui peut être un peu long après avoir voyagé

Just Ok
Pros:

Love the location in shinjuku near stations and main central areas

Cons:

Room very very small, Lot of noise from outside as it on main roads junction
Even Single bag barely can hold in room
Its just ok for sleeping you spend whole day outside and come at night just for sleeping
Same bathroom is very small very uncomfortable to use

早餐是提供一樓的Tully cafe 三明治好吃😋（我們外帶，熱狗普普）。很重要的一點！因為在消防隊旁邊，幾乎每天晚上睡覺都會聽到出勤的車聲，一晚三次左右😂
Pros:

離地鐵站超近！ 但這個出口沒有向下的手扶梯跟電梯喔。 早餐可以外帶，但要7:00才有。附近有超市、7-11跟全家。

Cons:

房間真的超級小，連一個行李箱都沒辦法全開。之前住過東京其他酒店也小，但沒遇過這麼小的

Extremamante bem localizado, literalmente ao lado de uma estação do metro, com conveniencias e restaurantes por perto. Hotel excelente com quarto confortável (dentro do pardrão comum do japão), funcionários educados, prestativos. Oferecem serviço de envio de malas ao próximo destino (cuidam de tudo). Nota 10.

Pros:

Servizi essenziali, buona posizione di fianco alla fermata della metropolitana e in un quartiere buono

Cons:

Camera e bagno microscopici, sole che dalle 7.00 non fa dormire per via delle tende troppo risicate, check in lungo per via di un loro errore (avevano fatto firmare i nostri documenti ad altri ospiti)

Super close to transportation, helpful staff and spoke English, room was small but it was so cute and fun and just went there to sleep anyways, we could put our luggage under the bed so it was out of the way. Close to many 7-elevens for a quick snack, good fridge in room, shower water temperature good
