Pros:

Breakfast is rich and basically fine. Location is excellent for a business trip.

A burned toast in the breakfast hall led to the evacuation of the whole building on a Saturday morning.

Pros:

This stay arose at the last minute, following a flight cancelation, within our honeymoon.
We are moved by the support of your front desk employee Mr Panagiotis –since I called from the airport to ask the availability. He offered to recommend the truly worthwhile suite, as well as the way to get there.
At the check-in, he offered to call the airline for us, and achieved our rebooking on the flight that we wanted and were not granted.
Next, he offered to cook a plate masterpiece...

We will definitely return.

I’ve stayed at the Renaissance in Zurich in the past and recently returned for a work trip.
The rooms have been thoughtfully renovated and have a modern charm. The staff is always friendly and helpful.
