Room이 어두워 상쾌감이 감소함
The hotel is nice. The rooms are good and the sauna is a nice touch with great views.
The hotel obviously has a contract with Viking cruises and they prioritise those guests above anyone else staying there. So much so that you cannot eat at the restaurant on a Sunday night (when everything outside is closed) because the cruise guests are catered for first. In my opinion they should have an earlier time frame or be catered for in a conference room. It took 25 mins to get a drink to take to the room and the staff were over run. We ended up with soggy burgers in the room from room service, costing short of £100 - Zurich is very expensive.
On checking in it would have been nice to have a heads up re the over capacity dinner so we could make a plan for dinner - keeping in mind the hotel is a decent distance from the main city centre.
Also I requested a room with two beds and as walk in shower but on arrival that hadn’t been allocated.
Think there needs to be some attention to detail and a reminder there are other guests to those on the cruise.
foarte bun
Chambres très bien et agréable
La personne à l'accueil ne parle aucune langue nationale mais uniquement en anglais....
Comoda posizione appena fuori dal centro con comodo parcheggio. Struttura molto piacevole ed arredata con gusto
Sui servizi dovrebbero migliorare, in bagno c’erano i dispenser di crema corpo e balsamo vuoti, nessun accessorio in bagno (cuffiette, spazzolino, cotton fioc …. ) che ormai trovi anche nei 3 stelle. Colazione appena sufficiente
Amabilité et réactivité du personnel
Climatisation qui ne refroidissant pas
Absolutely great experience!
The reception team was amazing. A receptionist (originally from Romania) was speaking multiple languages, I watched him delivering an excellent 1:1 approach with each guest, showing on the map places to go, offering late checks in and individual room selection. Wow! 10-star service.
The breakfast service was outstanding. The manager Mohammed has built a strong team. As someone who used to work in hospitality on a senior role I can share my gratitude confidently.

Three months after the stay and we’re still obsessed.
Our group of two families traveled all the way from Brazil, and got the true essence of hospitality at the Renaissance Tower.
Beyond the effortless parking and those Superior Rooms with the stunning views, it was the soul of the place that set it apart.
Huge shoutout to Panagiotis at the front desk.
His welcome was so profound and his assistance so comprehensive that he literally ensured every single one of us had the time of our lives.
We just can't wait to go back.
The room is big and toilet and shower toom are separate.
No free breakfast
Good size room. Very close to train station
Most of the staff were friendly. In fact, one staff at the time of check in really help us lot
Since we had to take train to HB station or old Zurich town city, I wish it was less expensive
