Majestic !
Pros:

This stay arose at the last minute, following a flight cancelation, within our honeymoon.
We are moved by the support of your front desk employee Mr Panagiotis –since I called from the airport to ask the availability. He offered to recommend the truly worthwhile suite, as well as the way to get there.
At the check-in, he offered to call the airline for us, and achieved our rebooking on the flight that we wanted and were not granted.
Next, he offered to cook a plate masterpiece...

We will definitely return.

Lovely hotel

Centrally located modern vibes
Pros:

I’ve stayed at the Renaissance in Zurich in the past and recently returned for a work trip.
The rooms have been thoughtfully renovated and have a modern charm. The staff is always friendly and helpful.
Definitely recommend!

Great stay!
Pros:

I have stayed here several times in the past for work. A very solid base for a few days in the city. The location works well, it’s a short walk to Hardbrücke station, so getting into the old town or to the lake is easy, and you still feel like you’re in a more local, less touristy neighborhood with offices, converted industrial buildings, and places like Im Viadukt within reach.  Coming back at night felt safe and straightforward, and the area is quiet enough that you actually get some rest, which I appreciated. 

My room was exactly what I want from an urban business hotel: clean, modern, and functional, with big windows and a proper blackout shade that let me sleep in without being woken up by the morning light.  The layout makes good use of the space and the separation between the toilet area and the shower is practical, especially if you’re sharing the room.  The bed was comfortable and the sound insulation was good enough that I barely heard anything from the corridor or outside. Wi‑Fi worked reliably and there were enough outlets around the desk and bed to keep everything charged, usb b and usb c plugs.

Service was  professional and friendly! Louis at reception went above and beyond. I felt like I had known him for many years as opposed to just meeting him. He was a wealth of information. Check‑in and check‑out were efficient and staff were helpful when I asked for directions or local tips.  It does still feel like a business‑oriented Marriott rather than a small, hyper‑personal boutique place, but within that category they hit the right notes. Price‑wise it’s not cheap, but this is Zurich, and for what you get in terms of location, comfort, and amenities, it felt reasonable to me, especially if you value being close to public transport and having a high‑quality breakfast and lounge access built into your stay. Looking forward to coming back to this hotel!

Excellent service at the Club Lounge
Pros:

My experience at the club lounge was one of the greatest most attentive experiences I’ve ever had. The lounge attendant Lea was one of the most professional and attentive hosts I’ve ever experienced in all my years as a Bonvoy Ambassador. Lea was exceptionally attentive and accommodating. It was such an incredible impression if a hotel employee remembers your personal preferences from a previous stay. I was very impressed!!!!!
