Writing this review specially for our exp experience at the Sky Lounge during the evening happy hour. Special mention for staff (Lea’s) service. She was extremely warm and friendly. Served with smile! Small things make a big difference in service industry; she surely did!
Room was spacious, and comfortable. Size and layout was good for family of 4.
I want to call out Lea in the sky lounge for her friendly, welcoming and professional service. Made us feel valued and individual customers, and made our stay so much more enjoyable.

My friend and I had a great time at the Renaissance Zurich Tower Hotel. The room was nice and comfortable with a great view of the city. The location was close to some nice restaurants that were open in the late evening. Joesph, was great help in making our stay very enjoyable. Hope to visit again soon. Thank you!!!
My stay at the Renaissance Zurich Tower Hotel was wonderful from start to finish. The hotel offers beautiful rooms, a great location, and a professional atmosphere that is perfect for both business and leisure travelers.
The hotel offers also the best hospitality.
I initially booked this hotel for business purposes, but Panagiotis at the front desk was so attentive and professional that won my trust completely from day one. I decided to extend my stay with another booking just to enjoy the local activities that he personally and meticulously arranged for me.
And it was truly excellent!
My only regret is that I couldn't stay even longer, as the hotel's weekend availability didn't allow it.
I cannot recommend this hotel enough, and will definitely return!
