Renaissance Zurich Tower Hotel

Great service top to bottom! Karli Ana Sebastien and the whole team was truly incredible. Great room great food great service. We visited from the US and I met my Daughter who was traveling throughout Europe. It was by far the best stop on the five-week tour.

We had a wonderful experience checking in at the Renaissance Zurich thanks to the gentleman at the front desk named Panagiotis. He was incredibly welcoming, professional, and genuinely kind from the moment we arrived. After a long day of travel, his positive attitude and helpfulness made us feel immediately at home. Outstanding customer service and a great first impression of the hotel. Thank you for making our stay start on such a positive note!

Panagiotis made our visit amazing. I’ve travelled extensively and the level of accommodation and care Panagiotis gave us was like nothing I’ve experience before. His recommendations and follow up made our trip. Will be back to stay, and will be back to see Panagiotis!

We stayed here with Viking and enjoyed every aspect of this establishment. The room was tastefully decorated and comfortable, and every staff member was friendly and helpful. Special thanks to Cherno in the bar for his stellar service and recommendations, and to Aleodor in the restaurant for his dry humor!

Beautiful rooms, staff is friendly and efficient, only down fall is trying to take the elevator when the Viking cruise ship 🚢 people are all leaving at the same time you need to give yourself an extra 30 minutes in an attempt to get down stairs.

The Renaissance Tower Hotel, is a lovely property located just outside of the Zurich Old Town District, it has a wonderful restaurant and great atmosphere, the rooms are very comfortable and spacious, I felt very relaxed and comfortable during my stay, the quietness of the hotel offered serenity as well as a very comfortable bed and the warmth and cleanliness one would expect from a Renaissance property, the staff was very welcoming and accommodating while offering all the amenities would would expect.

As part of a cruise package we were located at the Renaissance Zurich Tower Hotel. The room quality was very good and bathroom quite good. Hotel service was well above average as was the quality and value of the food was good. Location is a little far from the old town but with public transportation it can be safely accessed in a reasonable amount of time.

What a great stay we had here! The staff was amazing, friendly and were willing to help with anything we needed! I would highly recommend staying at this beautiful hotel for your stay in Zurich!

Came for dinner. Our Hostess/Server Ana was very kind, helpful, friendly and made us feel very welcome. We ordered the burgers and they were delicious. The French fries were crispy and hot, just how we like them.

We had the most amazing experience and stay at the Renaissance in Zurich. We already are planning our return trip. The front desk staff was so helpful and kind. Lea was fantastic in the Sky Lounge. She was so helpful and lovely that we made a special trip back to the lounge to give her a hug before we left. The personal touches and care given to us by Lea and others went above and beyond.

Hotel feels like a great quality Marriott, minus one star for the location's dearth of walkable attractions & things-to-do in the immediate neighborhood.

Room on the 11th floor was spacious enough for Yoga stretches on the floor. Shower (liquid soap/shampoo) & toilet in separate "rooms" and well-equipped with safe, good-sized fridge, ironing board/iron, hair-dryer, coffee-maker & hot-water carafe.

Comfortable queen bed with 4 pillows of varying firmness. Strangely, no clock in the room. Easy controls for the A/C

Checked out the Gym on the 15th floor - well-equipped, nice views. Sauna is spacious enough for several people; showers nearby

Sky Lounge is next door with limited hours open but had a very good variety of snacks, cold & hot, and a Cappuccino machine. Did not see any staff but you need a keycard for both the Gym & Lounge

Lea made our stay truly memorable. While excellent service is expected at a great hotel, her kindness toward our toddler was something special. She took the time to engage with our daughter, remembered her from previous visits, and consistently went out of her way to make her feel included and welcome. What could have been a quick stop in the lounge became one of the highlights of our stay because of Lea’s warmth and genuine care. Her attentiveness felt personal rather than routine, and it made a lasting impression on our family. She is a tremendous asset to the hotel.
