Pros:

Lovely hotel in a beautiful part of the city,nice walk down to Union Street

I emailed before I came,and on arrival I told the receptionist I was Coeliac and had particular dietary needs,she said she'd make a note of it,and at breakfast I explained again,however the waitress wasn't sure what was on offer regarding a cooked breakfast,cereal or bread,and if separate pans were used,I was disappointed at the lack of awareness and feel she really should have checked with the kitchen,I was quite anxious but I didn't want to push the point amongst other guests and didn't want to embarrass her either,I ended up with an omelette and a banana, but I didn't feel confident at all. We have been many times to stay prior to my diagnosis and we would like to continue to come but I can't possibly be the only guest with special dietary needs and feel the waiting staff should be more informed.

Pros:

Downtown hotel with parking. Very clean and comfortable facility. Restaurant had a good selection for dinner. Food was excellant! Breakfast also had a good selection of food. The staff was very helpful and courteous. Enjoyed our stay there.

Comfortable, clean and good value
Pros:

Spacious room, very comfortable large double bed, clean and quiet. Not too far from the centre of Aberdeen, walkable in 20 minutes. Nice large car park on site

The food was standard hotel fare, pretty bland but there are good restaurants nearby if you want something more
