BNS Hotel Francisco

Breakfast ok.ish! Pool OK but only because we were the only guests in the hotel! Staff were ok until problems arose ... management were dreadful..

Cleanliness... well I slept for the first 2 nights on a filthy matress infested with bed bugs.

Personele cordiale ed efficiente, camera fresca e pulita, wi-fi ottimo, posizione centrale, piscina piccola

Sono rimasto molto deluso di questo struttura
Siamo arrivati ed ci hanno consegnato la stanza numero 110 che era dotata di uno scalda bagno piccolo montato in basso vicino al lavandino ed che praticamente mia moglie se fatta la doccia fredda perché mentre si faceva lo shampoo l'acqua calda era finita...
Ci hanno mandato il tecnico in stanza per dirci che dovevamo aspettare che si riempiva lo scalda bagno per poter aver l'acqua calda....è absurdo , da non crederci NON E ASSOLUTAMENTE UN HOTEL A 4 STELLE
La Robbineteria vecchia, la colazione pessima ( poca scelta ed alle ore 8:45 già era finito quasi tutto il cibò) , il frigo vuoto nella stanza ( ne anche una bottiglia d'acqua) , il parcheggio di hotel era ad un pagamento extra come lo era anche la spiaggia ,personale arrogante, mobili graffiati ed impolverati. Insomma tutto pessimo. Le camere non corrispondono alle foto.
Volete un consiglio: NON ALLOGIATE MAI IN QUESTO HOTEL

They provided no secure parking. I was told to park on the sidewalk. The door to the shower was very small.there nothing in the room. My plans changed and they refuse to refund three of the days I did not stay. Once home I found they bill me twice and I'm still trying to fix that.

Tutto ottimo

The hotel had no parking and I was told to park somewhere on the street. This means you have to park on the sidewalk. The showers is extremely small. IF YOU ARE A LARGE PERSON, YOU ARE NOT FITTING THROUGH THE DOOR TO THE SHOWER.The room had a small TV in it and that was it. The room didn't even have number on it. I had to go get the clerk to find the room and he was guessing with the key.

MY PLANS CHANGED AFTER THE FIRST DAY THERE AND I HAD TO CHECK OUT 3 DAYS EARLY. SPOKE WITH THE MANAGER AND HE SAID IT WAS OK. I COULD NOT GET A RECEIPT FROM THE DESK CLERK THE MORNING I WAS CHECKING OUT. ONCE I RETURNED TO THE STATES I FOUND THAT THE HOTEL CHARGED ME FOR 5 DAYS.

THERE IS NOW A NOTE ON THEIR SITE STATING "THIS RESERVATION IS NON-REFUNDABLE AND CANNOT BE CANCELED OR CHANGE"
THAT MEANS THEY KNOW YOU WILL NOT BE SATISFIED WITH THE HOTEL ONCE YOU SEE IT.

Its ok, but i think breakfast people are to slow and strange. For the value of money breakfast could be better. Employees at breakfast are lazy and without energy . A little strange .

Hårda sängar. Området är ganska dött, finns inte mycket att göra, ett par restauranger och en matbutik.

Se fosse un 3 stelle, sarebbe ottimo. Per essere un 4, mi pare scarsino....

Hotel molto carino, a due passi dal centro e dal mare. Silenzioso. Personale fantastico

Mi sono trovato davvero molto bene, un Hotel molto bello,
che mi ha ispirato con il suo stile ad arredare la mia futura casa..
Molto vicino alle strutture turistiche della zona, oltre che ai comodi negozietti di tutti i generi.
Ritornerò sicuramente non appena mi ritoverò in zona.
Il personale è stato di una gentilezza e di una cordialità infinita, GRAZIE!!

Sarà stata una spiacevole e sfortunata disattenzione, ma il wc non pulito (tracce di una seduta ... sofferta) non è ammissibile in nessuna struttura, meno che mai in un 4 stelle!

Hotel confortevole, stanze gradevoli e ben curate ....
da migliorare lo stabilimento balneare collegato ..
