Pros:

The hotel possibly has one of the best swimming pool and spa facilities. The swimming pool itself is reasonably large, but the most impressive part is the number of hight pressure points or jacuzzi like part of the pool and the absolutely amazing large separate jacuzzi which has the outside part too. The water temperature in all of 3 parts is simply perfect. The spa facilities are also lovely including their wonderful relax space.
The rooms are decent size too and the views from balconies is amazing
The food in the evening nice too with loads of different dishes. I found buffet dishes much nicer than those to order.
Everywhere is super clean
Their ski shuttle bus runs very frequent

Cons:

Breakfast is simply too basic for a 4* hotel
It is too large hotel for my taste
They insist they you have 2 sets of towels, one for the pool and one for the spa. Which is fine
What is not fine is that you only get one set for free. If you want a clean towel later on during your stay you have to pay 4€/each towel change.
But for me personally the most disappointing was that they were serving drinks to people leaving the pool with just the towel around their waist. Even on a 40C in summer if you are to have a drink at the outside cafe you would to be dressed. I complained but I received no explanation or apology. It was a sad sight

Pros:

Die Unterkunft ist sehr schön. Das SPA ebenso.
Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Cons:

Das Essen ist Großküche/Kantine.
Buffet und einzelne Gerichte werden zubereitet, sind aber von der gleichen eher sehr einfachen Qualität.
Fleischgerichte sind absolut nicht zu empfehlen.
Für das angepriesene Niveau passt die Küche wirklich nicht zum Hotel.
