Please note that the car park is located at the back of the hotel, as the entrance is on a pedestrian-only street. Please inform the property in advance if you wish to use the parking.

Please note that the restaurant is closed on Tuesdays and Wednesdays.

Please note that children under 16 years old are not allowed at the Katharo Spa.

We inform you that after the communication and meeting held with the Benalmádena City Council, they inform us that from 5th November 2024 and until further notice, the following streets will be closed to traffic and under construction for sanitation, flooring and wiring of the same:

• Calle Santo Domingo (main door of La Fonda hotel)
• Plaza de España
• Calle Dos Olivos

We recommend that you arrive at our facilities using the entrance on Maestro Garcia Alvarez.

Our restaurant will be close from 4th of November until 4th of December.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

We love this hotel of tea if less mobile ( there is a lift to all but last two floors), ramps etc
Pros:

Friendly staff. Clean rooms and great room service. Quiet location . Small spa area for guests

Cons:

For some the steps might be an issue .
Again, for first time visitors no front of house telling you how the breakfast experience works but it didn’t bother us as we’ve stayed before

A great hotel in a perfect location
Pros:

My husband and I have stayed at this hotel on several occasions and it never fails to impress us. The location is fantastic if you want a quiet stay away from the busy coastal hotels but there are still plenty of excellent bars and restaurants on your doorstep. The hotel has had some refurbishment over the last few years and all areas are well presented and very clean. The staff are friendly and helpful.

A better spa and a view from the room would have improved our satisfaction.

Location, people, romantic boutique atmosphere. Sauna was hot.

Cons:

The room was indoors with no view. Breakfast was missing vegetables and was a bit poor. The spa was very noisy (waterfalls), and the water in the jacuzzi was not very clean.
