Nachtje in Bouillon na de Marche des Crêtes.

Zeer lekker avobdeten, reuze ontbijt, aangename en rustige omgeving

Cons:

Kamer en badkamer waren niet goed gepoetst: veel stof/wollen, doucheglas niet gepoetst, veel schimmel in badkamer. Doorgelegen matras en te platte hoifdkussens. Spijtig: die elementen verbeteten zou tot een uitstekende score leiden...

Wij gaan zeker terug!
Pros:

Lekker diner, lekker ontbijt, super rustige ligging en muisstil 's nachts. Gastheer en gastvrouw zijn heel behulpzaam! Onze auto startte niet en zij hebben rondgebeld tot ze iemand met startkabels vonden om ons weer op weg te helpen.

Cons:

De noodverlichting boven het raam maakt dat de kamer 's nachts wel wat verlicht is. De kamer was ook een beetje stoffig, maar dat is moeilijk bij de houden in zo'n statig huis.

Prestations déplorables (absence d'eau chaude, accueil petit-déjeuner,...) pour le tarif demandé.

Qualités esthétiques du décor de la chambre

Cons:

1) Accueil à l'arrivée: chambre réservée sur Booking une dizaine de jour à l'avance; mais longue attente pour retrouver la réservation.

2) Le matin, peu après 8 heures, plus d'eau chaude dans la salle de bain. Seul "remède" proposé: utilisation du "wellness" par mon épouse qui n'avait pas encore fait sa toilette.

3) Accueil au petit-déjeuner: nous nous sommes vus attribuée une table en plein passage, sans nappe en tissu contrairement aux autres, alors que de nombreuses autres tables, beaucoup plus agréables, étaient inoccupées, mais semble-t-il réservées à d'autres hôtes de l'établissement.

4) Lorsque nous réglons avant de partir, aucune excuse --- et aucun "geste commercial" évidemment... --- concernant l'absence d'eau chaude; seulement une observation sur le fait que mon épouse aurait pu utiliser le "wellness".

Bref, pour des raisons qui nous échappent --- réservation sur Booking ? dîner pris à l'extérieur de l'établissement ? linguistiques ? --- nous avons été traités comme des "clients au rabais". Compte-tenu du prix demandé (195 € pour un couple pour une nuit et petits-déjeuners), cela nous paraît difficilement acceptable.

Accueil très sympathique, cadre superbe avec un très beau jardin cosy pour siroter un verre, chambre avec terrasse très agréable et calme, excellent petit déjeuner
