Pros:

A localização é excelente, fica ao lado do ponto de embarque para o ônibus expresso para o aeroporto, isso facilita muito tendo em vista a localização do aeroporto. A cama era bem confortável e achei o quarto muito limpo.

Boa localização e bom quarto
Pros:

O quarto é amplo e bem confortável
A lojinha no térreo é excelente e salva em momentos estratégicos, pois durante a semana não há mercadinhos que fiquem abertos até tarde nas proximidades.

Cons:

Tivemos vontade de estender a estadia com um late checkout, e pra isso foi preciso voltar ao hotel no meio do dia pra realizar o pagamento, que por algum motivo, não podia ser feito no procedimento de checkout. Isso não é prático, já éramos hóspedes, nossas coisas todas estavam no quarto, o mais conveniente seria poder fazer essa solicitação por whatsapp e o pagamento no nosso retorno ao hotel. O valor era alto também, mas como nosso voo só seria próximo das 23h, acabou sendo necessário pra gente.

A localização é muito bom! Café da manhã tem variedade! Funcionários educados e como tivemos problemas, resolveram rapidamente!

Cons:

Na primeira vez que ficamos neste hotel foi tudo maravilhoso! Mas infelizmente desta vez tivemos problemas. Quando chegamos o primeiro quarto 1204 sem ar condicionado funcionando, reclamamos e mudamos. No segundo quarto 1604 estava com cheiro de cigarro e tivemos que reclamar novamente (proibido fumar no quarto, mas sempre tem um mal educado né!?) Somente no terceiro quarto 1804 que estava ok, mas a cama de casal é de mola e é daquelas que um mexe o outro mexe junto, isso acaba prejudicando dormir bem!
