Pros:

Excelentes instalações e ótima localização.
Fica ao lado da estação do Conexão Aeroporto, facilitando o translado de chegada e saída para o Aeroporto de Confins. Próximo ao Parque Municipal, ao Shopping Diamond Mall e do Mercado Central.

Ótima, mas o valor cobrado era absurdo frente às dependências.
Pros:

Quarto ótimo, café da manhã muito bom, localização perfeita.

Cons:

Ar condicionado central muito forte, não era possível controlar a temperatura. Ou ficava ligado no frio ou desligado no calor. A piscina era coberta e sem aquecimento, não era possível de utilizar.

Pros:

A camareira nao limpou o quarto no dia pedido. Aliás, retirou o papel que se pendura na porta dizendo que se quer ou não a limpeza. Acho q se irritou com algo. Sem papel na porta , que ela.tirou, ficamos sem limpeza.

A estadia foi tranquila e, apesar dos pontos negativos o apontados, o custo-benefício do hotel foi muito bom.
Pros:

A acomodação possui boa localização e facilidades de acesso a pontos de interesse na capital, tais como o Mercado Central e a Praça da Liberdade. O atendimento dos funcionários da recepção é cortes, gentil e rápido.

Cons:

As instalações são um pouco antigas e necessitam de atualizações e melhorias, principalmente no banheiro e a limpeza também deixou um pouco a desejar. As cortinas do quartão estavam muito sujas e com manchas.

Pros:

O tamanho do quarto maravilhoso, atendimento excelente, limpeza impecável, hotel bastante organizado e perto de tudo. O café é muito bom mas poderia ter mais itens regionais.

Cons:

A academia poderia ser melhor, o cofre do meu quarto estava com defeito, para usar o ferro de passar precisa ir na lavanderia. Poderia haver ferros para empréstimo aos hóspedes.

Pros:

Desayuno normal, tipo 3 estrellas, no 4 estrellas.
Ubicación bien porque la boda de una sobrina de mi esposa era en una basílica a 250 metros del hotel.

Cons:

Desayuno con más opciones, ya que es un hotel de 4 estrellas.
El restaurante no funcionaba.
