Good location Dirty bathroom and uncomfortable beds
Pros:

The stuff are cheerful and helpful.
Location is perfect like 20 min walk to rawsche and also to zaitona bay.
Surrounding multiple restaurants and supermarkets.

Cons:

The bathroom is horrible there's stalked hair on the wall and dirts everywhere .
Its very old amenities but this is not aproblem the cleaning issues is abig issue u should solve this urgently!
The bed is not comfortable at all they got me a neck spasm 😅
Guys u should pay more attention to this details

Cons:

There's no place to hang towels or clothes on the bathroom wall. Shampoo is scarce... the internet is extremely weak, almost nonexistent.

It's in center beirut , in a vibe street, the check in was fast

Cons:

Honestly 2 guys opened the door without even knocking on the door and I forgot to lock the door, so next time try to knock before you bust open it :)

Location and staff

Cons:

The bar of soap was just a very small sliver cut from a soap bar of the lowest quality. The toilet paper roll was already used; there was only about a quarter left. The water in the bathroom was cold, and it leaked out from the sides of the shower tray onto the bathroom floor. When the windows were closed, they did not block the noise at all — it was as if you were sitting in the street. The room furniture was old.
I would rather pay 5–10 dollars more and get a better room in a nearby hotel.

A warm welcoming stay
Pros:

Excellent staff and service. The staff were always friendly, polite and available to help with any requests. The reception staff, porters and maintenance staff were all very professional. Their housekeeping service was attentive. The room was spacious, clean and modern, with a fridge, kettle and complimentary coffee and water. The shower was hot and towels and linen were clean. The breakfast was included and had a good range of typical Lebanese hot and cold foods. The location was perfect, near Hamra, but just enough away to not have too much noise from the street.

Cons:

Nothing, everything was great.
