De kamer voldeed maar was niet goed schoon. Biedt late check-in op tijd en automatisch aan.
Pros:

De kamer was ruim en het bed en voorzieningen in badkamer goed. Als het op de kamer goed schoon was geweest was de prijs voordelig mede gezien de locatie en dat het prima ontbijt inclusief was.

Cons:

De sprei op het bed was vies en leek een natte vlek te hebben. Vervolgens vond ik in de badkamer een verpakking van iets dat mensen gebruiken om seks te hebben, en dat had ik liever niet gevonden.
Op de website Booking staat vermeld dat je tot 23 kan inchecken, maar ze gaan in principe om 21 dicht met mogelijkheid de toegangspas in een kluisje te plaatsen. Aangezien ik had aangegeven er tussen 21 en 22 te zijn, begreep ik niet dat ze dat niet automatisch doen, maar ik kwam er via mail van het hotel om half acht achter.

Very happy tourist
Pros:

Perfectly placed, easy to walk anywhere from the hotel. Staff was awesome and helped me plan sightseeing walks.

Cons:

I kept missing the amazing restaurant next door to the hotel due to lack of signage but when I did go there, their food was some of the best I ever had.

Gunstige locatie, maar verouderd hotel
Pros:

Locatie is fijn tussen het centrum en het treinstation. Daardoor 's nachts wel overlast. Het ontbijt is prima en het personeel vriendelijk.

Cons:

Het hotel is sterk verouderd en niet heel fris. De kamer stonk erg naar rook en er zaten haren op het wasmeubel en in de handhoek. Bij mijn collega spoelde de wc niet door, dus zij moest wisselen van kamer.

Disappointing even for the price range, unfortunately.
Pros:

Both staff members that I spoke to were very nice. The location was very convenient, and the check-in was fast. There was a coffee machine in the room and a bathtub.

Cons:

There was hair in the bathroom: on the bathtub, and on the sink. Even underneath the clean bath mat that was placed on the sink. That was very strange, and frankly unacceptable.
The sound insulation of the room was poor, and I could hear the conversation that the neighbors were having (which, unfortunately, kept going until 3am).
Another strange thing is that the second door to the room cannot close. It's not a safety issue, as the main door was secure, but I find it very strange that no one would bother fixing this.
Another point that should receive attention is the shower: while it's nice that there is a bathtub, the separation between the shower and toilet isn't very efficient, so water leaks (a lot) onto the floor.
Apart from that, the appliances are a little dated, but that's to be expected at this price range.
Taking everything into account, the hotel kind of "did the job", but I will not be returning.

Buena situación
Pros:

Muy buena ubicación, a 8/10 minutos a pie de la central station y al lado de negocios y restaurantes. Las empleadas muy amables y agradables.

Cons:

La variedad de desayuno es más bien escasa, las instalaciones están algo anticuadas aunque todo limpio
