De locatie en de inrichting zijn mooi, het personeel is zeer vriendelijk
Het is jammer dat er geen waterkoker of koffiezetapparaatje op de kamer aanwezig is

- Klantvriendelijkheid. Na voor 1 nacht €120 te hebben betaald kreeg ik die dag een ongeluk. Met alle moeite mocht het nachtje worden "overgedaan" maar moest ik wel €120 bijbetalen!
Met toeristen belasting kost het €250!!

- kleine kamer zonder koffie, thee, kapstok en airconditioning
- personeel in de Biestro jaagt je om 22u weg en de bar is dicht
Mensen doe dit niet voor dit geld. Er zijn betere adresjes

Kleine kamers, slecht onderhouden (verf bladderd van de muren) en matige hygiene. Geen airco aanwezig en geen vliegenhor in de ramen.

geen info gekregen dat de kamer/handdoeken niet schoongemaakt /vervangen zouden worden ( 2 nachten ).
Hotel was clean and comfortable, it was a lovely location. Staff were very good and really helpful. My only complaint was that we had no air conditioning in our room just a fan and the weather was quite hot however this would not stop me from staying here again.
