This property was exceptional the rooms, bar, environment, proximity to Strasbourgz
The only thing was having to carry a heavy suitcase up a flight of stairs, but honestly it was a small inconvenience everything else about this property was so fantastic it’s barely worth mentioning
The whole place was surprisingly excellent and a wonderful staff
It was very clean, the hotel and it’s rooms designed with style. The staff made a real effort to make us feel welcome. The breakfast was excellent, the sauna hot enough, and the jacuzzi modern and high-performing. The Christmas tree was absolutely amazing, with its white owl decorations. A very high standard, accompanied by a natural, friendly simplicity.
What we liked less was the confusion: we made a booking for two adults and one child, but the booking site offered a fare in which the child was apparently not included without stating it clearly. As a result, we had additional charges.

We arrived during the evening hours and someone from the reception greeted us at the parking and accompanied us to our beautiful room. He went over and explained about the room and hotel facilities including the SPA The breakfast room and food were absolutely gorgeous. We can go on and on about how beautiful the breakfast room is, and the food and drinks were superb. I would also like to mention the great staff that provided friendly and professional service to us the entire stay. We spent the rainy morning in their gorgeous SPA that was relaxing, beautiful and has the most fantastic outdoor views. We loved it and will be back for sure. Thank you Hotel Le Moulin!
nothing not to like
