Peccato, un' occasione perduta

Hotel con bella struttura architettonica che rivela un'accurata progettazione e soluzioni estetiche all' avanguardia per il periodo in cui è stato realizzato

Cons:

Il bel progetto originario è completamente soffocato da dettagli di pessima qualità, dalla trascuratezza dei particolari e da un' accozzaglia di ciarpame polveroso che deturpa l' idea d'origine e trasmette all' ospite una sensazione di decadenza

Mooi, maar die gesloten restaurants en het ontbreken van bars kan echt niet.

Cons:

De restaurants zijn gesloten, wel een mooi groot zwembad met mooie ligstoelen en zitjes maar geen bar/horeca, fantastisch groot dak- en panorama terras, maar ook hier geen bar/horeca. Als er war achterstallig onderhoud zou worden gedaan en er ook aandacht zou zijn voor de horeca zou dit een fantastisch hotel zijn.

Per il prezzo pagato la camera non era perfettamente pulita, vi era una macchia come di una perdita d’acqua sul soffitto in bagno, la doccia non si chiudeva perfettamente, abbiamo trovato una asciugamano sporca di fondo tinta non ancora utilizzata da noi, carta igienica non nuova, copriletto macchiato e in camera avendo dietro la cagnolina quando abbiamo messo la ciotola a terra con il cibo per lasciarla riposare un po’ in camera con i suoi confort abbiamo trovato la ciotola invasa dalle formiche e abbiamo dovuto gettare i crocchi al suo interno, inaccettabile per una struttura che si definisce di un certo livello. Inoltre fortunatamente avevamo già organizzato una cena in un ristorante che avevamo visto online, perché se avessimo voluto cenare nel ristorante dell’albergo non avremmo potuto perché era chiuso, ci è stato risposto che il cuoco aveva avuto un grave problema di salute, in fase di prenotazione nessuno ci ha avvisato di questo. Oltre a chiamiamolo “disguido” noi abbiamo chiamato la struttura chiedendo conferma che ci fosse una spiaggia che accettassi i cani, c’era stato risposto di si che loro avevano la convenzione con i bagni arcobaleno, peccato che arrivate li ci hanno comunicato che a Pesaro non vi sono spiagge per cani e il che diciamo fa capire molto cose a mio dire del tipo di persone che vi abitano ma tolto questo ci siamo trovate a dover muovere la macchina e spostarci verso Fano per fare passare delle giornate piacevoli anche alla nostra cagnolina.

Un concept artistique intéressant, mais une gestion frustrante

Un cadre original et artistique, riche en œuvres d'art.

Cons:

Petit-déjeuner : Une expérience catastrophique. Bien que les produits soient de qualité, la logistique est inexistante. En arrivant à 8h50, le buffet était quasi vide : plus de pain, plus de croissants, plus de charcuterie. Les clients sont contraints de se "jeter" sur le moindre réapprovisionnement, créant une ambiance chaotique et stressante. De plus, clore le service à 9h30 est totalement inadapté pour un hôtel de tourisme.

​Propreté : L'entretien manque de rigueur. La présence excessive de poussière sur la décoration nuit gravement à l'image de marque de l'hôtel.

​Politique tarifaire : Facturer 25 € par jour pour le parking privé est une pratique que je considère comme abusive, d'autant plus que les places extérieures sont inexistantes. C’est une façon peu élégante de gonfler la facture.

​En résumé : l'hôtel mise tout sur son décor, mais oublie l'essentiel : la gestion opérationnelle et le bien-être des clients.
