Ok, aber keine 4 Sterne.
Pros:

Gute Lage. Fussläufig alles erreichbar. Am Strand.

Cons:

Abgewohnt. Frühstück wird nicht aufgefüllt. Bauarbeiten mit Gerüst und Lärm.

Pros:

L'ingresso e la posizione.
Il terrazzo direttamente sulla spiaggia.

Cons:

Camere troppo piccole con arredamenti da rifare in quanto molto datati (non basta dipingerlo per renderlo migliore)
Bagno minuscolo
Da rivedere anche l' insonorizzazione,. praticamente il bagno della stanza vicina da proprio sulla testata del letto e si sente tutto.
