Pros:

Very clean, comfortable , small room with limited storage for clothes. Very warm! I would have preferred a power or charging point on both sides of the bed & one by the mirror to use my straighteners. Very good breakfast & helpful staff. Hotel very close to Spittelmkt station, journetmy from airport was straightforward.

Pros:

We stayed here for the Berlin Marathon. The hotel itself gave early breakfast and free bananas and water on the day of the marathon. However, the front desk staff were absolutely unhelpful and rude (not one but all we saw there). They didn’t gave us the late check out for free as part of Expedia VIP benefits and were kind of laughing about that until on Saturday one guy said we could have it until 1 or we have to pay (marathon finishes at 2-4 pm)
Rooms also were extremely small even for Berlin
We wouldn’t stay here again

Rooms were the smallest We ever stayed in. No place to place suitcases, clothing..... my walkin closest back home is bigger. Staff was very nice and the breakfast was good and the breakfast staff very nice and helpful.

Very close to u bahn and easy walk into centre of Berlin and check point charlie. Downside was the mall bedroom size and lack of storage for hanging clothes.

Great hotel for solo travellers, business trips travellers, or to have a quick and safe access to the center by foot or public transport.

The bathroom was spotless and the room very clean too.

Receptionists were professional but not welcoming which is not a first good impression at check-in.
