Pros:

My party arrived in 3 different lots and reception coped very well. They were helpful and friendly. Our Queen room was lovely - clean, spacious and quiet. Our apartment was familiar - I had stayed in it before. It was really nice to come back to clean towels.

Cons:

The apartment needed a really good clean. It felt like it had a quick vacuum before we arrived and changed the beds.

Clean. And good room space. Very comfortable..

Cons:

The air conditioners in both room spaces .
That I booked .had an annoying tapping noise. When on the nights were very cool.
We and our sons in the other appartmennt
Couldn't sleep with it on..that was fairly disappointing.

Functional for our needs - going to the zoo.
Pros:

Room was very clean. Bed was very comfortable. Space inside the room was reasonable. Property itself was in a very good position and having the restaurant onsite was a nice touch.

Cons:

Room itself was a little dark, only very stark lighting in the room. Wifi internet was soooo slow we could not watch a TV show via Netflix. We reported it and someone came and switched off the TV and turned it back on. This worked for about 5 minutes.
