Best value for money in Dubbo.
Pros:

It’s very easy to get to. Parking is great. The rooms were very clean and comfortable.

Cons:

The outside back deck was filthy. I spoke to the manager the next morning and he assured me that the problem would be resolved. It was not and we ended up cleaning it ourselves.

Pros:

The room was nicely set out and had everything we needed you need , the staff gave us a complimentary breakfast to compensate for the cleaners lack of cleanliness..

Cons:

The room wasn’t cleaned properly , first room we were in the ceiling fans were caked with dust , we were shifted into another room which was not cleaned properly either CLEANERS PICK UP YOU GAME !!

I'd stay again
Pros:

The front desk staff and it is quiet

Cons:

I have stayed often at the Cattlemans over the years but am finding little things being overlooked by the cleaning staff. This visit there was a long dark hair on the pillow, dust in the corner of the bathroom and the tea/coffee holder is dirty, you might want to check room 22 for that one. But I enjoy the stay due to the front desk staff, always a happy bunch and of course the location and it is quiet

Was okay and bed was comfortable
Pros:

Buffet breakfast was great well worth the money

Cons:

Furniture was grubby, needs updating. Floor in toilet and bathroom were also grubby behind the doors, also would be nice to have a t.v in the bedroom
