One of best choices I’ve made while visiting Qatar, very cooperative staff especially Wafa who managed to arrange everything for my family. The property located in the heart of Doha and everything you need is nearby. The breakfast on the top floor is delicious also. Thanks for the hospitality and definitely will visit this property again.

Front office supervisor named Mohammad is very rude and arrogant.Choose your employee properly and teach them not to be racist ,this kind of man will bring your business down in the next 3 years ( mark my words ). Other employees are good especially housekeeping . Luckily I booked only for month but I don't want to continue and will never come to this hotel anymore if you still have this rude employee. I don't want to waste my money for bad quality service. My suggestion to owner put big banner in front of your hotel if you only accept particular nationality of your guests. Don't you accept their money and treat them badly. Shameful.

We opted for this hotel as a summer break. The hotel is clean, staff is polite, ready to help and friendly. Rooms are cleaned every day. There is a small swimming pool-due to its size I would recommend it for kids only. It was perfect for our two kids.
The rooms have kitchen, washing maching and dish washer-very convenient for families with kids. We didnt have a chance to use gym-the glass window was broken and it needed maintenance. Rooms with 1 bedroom have balconies- really convenient and nice views at night.
As small minuses-1. There is a slight strange smell in the hall of the 9th floor.
2. Swimming pool needs little bit more attention. 3. Restaurant chef needs more training. We tried the food there but decided to order from outside during our stay there. But it is just a matter of tastes.
Overall, we have good experience, our kids were happy.
If we have a chance-will definitely have a 'home from home' there and advise to our friends.

Me and my family stayed in the hotel for 8 nights.Upon arrival after being asked for the pool they direct us to the 10th floor,me and my family on the first morning dressed up for the pool, went on the 10th floor and all we saw was a empty pool full of dust.Information regarding the pool being under renovation was not in the web page nor we were informed by any of the staff regarding the same on the day of the arrival.Several pictured of the pools were advertised on the web page which was one of the reason we did booking for the hotel since me and my family are coming from cold climate,and pool facility was one of the most important factors to select this hotel.Make up sign was kept on the door every day for 8 nights. Only 3 times they cleaned the apartment. All the other eveningsI had to call for clean towels.Twice they didn’t bring the towels even after I call for several time so I had to go to the reception to ask for it personally.I don’t recommend this place to anyone.
I am disappointed,the reality does not match with the pictures showed in the website,and for none of this incidents apologies were extended at any point of time during the stay.

I would say, I'm fine with this Hotel, except the "Guy receptionist". He has a bad attitude and he was arrogant. And the way he talked to us, I felt like his choosing to whom to be nice and pleasant, his tone of voice when he's trying to resolve an issue is unprofessional. He shouldn't be in the reception.

Only one thing i want to know why is that the reception is really hard to deal when it comes to visitors who were not even going to sleep in the hotel? We ask if we can have visitors and they need to pay 30 each head even if they're not going to sleep in the hotel.

I wasn't expecting much from this hotel especially being very affordable. Booked a weekend stay for a friends gathering and all I can say is from the minute we checked in until the end of our stay was superb, I must say it was all down the bell boy ( whose name I didn't get). He made our stay as wonderful and comfortable as he can. He helped us park our cars and helped with numerous things. Hotel didn't ask us to turn down the music nor question us on how many guests we were expecting unlike other hotels. I've stayed in many hotels in Qatar ranging from 3 stars to 5 and I must say imperial suite hotel was one of the tops. We booked a 2 bedroom apartment, it was really spacious, clean, quite and all the staff were friendly. There's a supermarket right opposite the hotel and a few cafeterias. Location is not great but who cares when the service is top notch! Definitely going back 😊

Imperial suites is a Brilliant hotel to stay at specially if you are planning on staying in Doha for a long time.

I have been staying here for 6 months and the service is as good as it was from day one.

The Management and all of the staff go over and beyond to ensure that your stay is enjoyable and comfortable.

The hotel is neat and clean and the rooms are cleaned and maintained very well. There is underground parking a roof top swimming pool and a fully equipped gym.
There is also a in-house restaurant food is tasty and room service also available.

I would personally recommend this hotel to any person visiting Doha who needs good clean comfortable accommodation and very friendly and helpful hotel staff.

We stayed here for a few hours during a stopover in doha. The rooms were more like apartments, large and clean. But I was expecting a better location. They write to be on the middle of the business district, but they are in a bad neighborhood. Also, they said to pick us by limousine, which was not really needed. However, they came with a normal taxi, which was then a little disappointing. Furthermore, they could not provide us with breakfast before 6am. Nevertheless, if you want a quality hotel in doha for an affordable price, this is a good option.

Apartments are nice. Basic cleaning done 3 times a week but still lots of dust on furniture and kitchen cupboard doors dirty. Staff are attentive to day to day things, however very little was done to fix the problem of the rooms smelling of cigarette smoke. The smell was horrific. Especially hazardous to the health of my 1 year old.

The Good :
1.Strategic location, all the tourist attractions are at a walking distance, Souq Waqif, Corniche, MIA etc. One tip: The minimum fare a taxi will charge in the city is 10 QAR. And it took me about 40 QAR from the airport to the hotel. Go by the meter reading.
2.Apartments are clean and Huge, Air Conditioning is Bang On. Kitchen is good and in case you need anything, the house keeping is ready even during the odd hours of the day.
3.Bathrooms well equipped
4.Staff is courteous and room service prompt.
5.Check in is smooth
6.Right opposite to the entrance there is a grocer and Lulu hypermarket is 5 mins walk.
7.Lot of vegetarian options inc Sarwana Bhawan is just 10 mins walk from there.
8.Access to the airport is fantastic, it couldn’t be any closer and yet within the city.
9.Wifi is lightening fast
The Only Bad :
The neighbourhood is terrible if that bothers you, to me it did, though I don’t think it had anything to do with the hotel.
Overall, it has been a pleasant and warm stay with the hotel, and would definitely stay with them if I ever visit Doha again.

The rooms are spacious and very clean The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was Eastern style, which my kids did not like but I thought it was fine. The free parking was a plus...it was located inside but did require a valet to help since the number of spaces is very limited and they stack the cars in. I would have no problem staying here again on my next trip to Doha. The hotel was a very good value for the money.

The suites are really nice and the staff is always friendly. I caution travelers to ensure that if you have booked a room through a travel agency that you ensure you call prior to your arrival to the front desk and have them either confirm or make you a reservation. I have found several times that the front desk does not receive the information and you will show up without a room waiting for you. Fortunately, we are aware of this and always call a day or two in advance and speak with the front desk to ensure everything is smooth upon arrival. This past time the check in process went well but once we got to the room, the room key did not work. The front desk gave us a second key that didn't work and finally sent a maintenance man to check and found out the battery in the door swipe system had died and needed replaced. Simple enough but the time between check in and finally getting into the room was around 30 minutes so be prepared for these type of events / delays. I asked about the high speed internet and was informed to read it off the router. Once I had tried twice to put the code into my I-phone that was scribbled on the router and it wasn't accepted, I gave up and went to bed without being able to use the internet. Pretty typical that it just isn't a high quality customer service type place and rather than have a printed router code, it is scribbled in ink on the router.... We additionally had an early morning flight and had asked the hotel reception to arrange a taxi for 05:00 am. When we showed up at 05:00 am, the taxi driver was nowhere to be found. Around 5:15, they located the driver inside the hotel sitting and having his morning tea....another delay. And of course, the driver did not have any change for the trip to the airport. He claimed that the taxi was actually a limousine service and the drivers don't carry change. I asked him to stop at a supermarket or station to get change ( additional delay). Other than that, the bed was comfortable and the stay average..

excellent service. Friendly staff. Neat and well maintained interiors.equipped with coffee maker, microwave and kitchen utensils. Over all we had a good experience. I really recommend this property as the location is also good
