Staff were welcoming, excellent breakfast. Great location and car parking . Ethan was brilliant as were the breakfast staff .
Fire escape route was through bedroom!! Stayed three nights and the room was serviced but not hoovered. The restaurant seemed short staffed the night we dined there but the staff especially Ethan were fantastic. One evening the bar shut at 10.00 pm which to me is ridiculous in a hotel.
The location, the standard of the rooms and the general atmosphere.
The food in the restaurant on the evening we ate in was not up to standard. The team were very apologetic and reduced the bill which was appreciated. Breakfasts were excellent.
Lovely quaint
Nothing really

The breakfast was delicious
The staff very friendly
The hotel was just off the main high street so was very quiet but just a short stroll to be in the centre of it all
Great location, very friendly helpful staff

Lovely room, great location, beautiful gardens, safe parking.
Suggestivo
Breakfast very good, restaurant OK location perfect
Our dinner main courses were very poor. Over cooked not presented well and all courses served too quickly. We were out of the dining room in 50mins. The restaurant says that it offers fine dining but our experience was anything but "fine "
Superb breakfast and stunning location.
10% more expensive than expected.
